Rising from the depths is a Rogue Wave, our new core-range IPA.  Like our previous IPA, the inspiration comes from tradition, but, we have used Gladfield Supernova in place of Crystal Malt.  The grain bill offers colour and depth without too much sweetness.  A trio of Aussies hops, Galaxy, Eclipse and Vic Secret lay down layers of pine, tangerine, papaya and melon.  A lingering but unoffensive bitterness makes it an easy choice for a session.

Craving a light, refreshing pilsner without the extra carbs? Look no further. This NZ Pilsner brings the bold flavors of New Zealand’s finest hops—Motueka and Riwaka—delivering notes of lychee, passionfruit, jasmine, and a burst of citrus with hints of lemon and lime. Crafted with a generous amount of rice for a crisp, cracker-like finish, this beer has all the flavor, without the guilt. Enjoy a couple more without compromise, perfect for your next session.

The newest version of our hazy pale ale series is filled to the brim with Citra and Cryo Mosaic hops. Expect waves of citrus fruits and floral undertows. These two hops are the cornerstones of IPA, whether hazy or not. A nostalgic duo, like Bert and Ernie, whose colours seem perfect for the synaesthetic few.

Slip on your lederhosen and transport your mind to one of the great German beer halls to enjoy this traditional Helles.

We have followed the strict German purity rules of the Reinheitsgebot – all malt, noble hops, and traditional German lager yeast to give you a taste of Bavaria. The rules don’t stop there – the German beer-drinking customs stipulate you need to always start your beer with a hearty Prost!, full eye contact, and a bottom glass clink. Best served with Wienerschnitzel, Sauerkraut, and Pork Knuckle.

APRICOT BRETT, WILD SOUR 5.5%

In the 23/24 summer, a harvest of deliciously juicy apricots arrived from the southern reaches of Cromwell. We aged them with two funk brothers named lactobacillus and brettanomyces and the result is perfectly funky, lightly soured, earthy, fruity, and bright.

It's a wild ride.

Blossom is light and delicate, elevated by a subtle bouquet of actual flowers. Enhanced with local Matakana honey and just a hint of lemon, this is a bloomin’ refreshing drop.

Get ready to throw down with our Haymaker IPA! This brew is a heavy hitter, packing a punch of malt biscuit sweetness, balanced by a solid bitterness that?ll keep you on your toes. With aromas of zesty citrus, lemon, fresh pine, and a hint of cut grass, it's like sipping sunshine in a bottle. Pouring golden and crystal clear with a brilliant white foam, this IPA looks as good as it tastes. Bold, refreshing, and unapologetically Good George?because life's too short for ordinary beer.

A balanced blend of Jamaican & Dominican Republic rum. Clean and crisp, with a slight sweetness and a hint of caramel, an exeptional rum with an instinct flavour.

We put liquor in a large barrel and add American roasted and toasted oak flakes. After 3 weeks this mixture is ready to be added to the beer in the bright beer tank. This way we obtain a maximum performance of the used liquor strengthened with the taste of the used oak flakes to enrich our beer.
