Sky Way is our expression of NZ Rakau hops at their finest. A choice cone from across the ditch with massive versatility we’ve recently fallen head over heels for. Also, google says its “stone fruit, apricot, pine driven cultivar”. Oh chur. We’ve gathered NZ’s finest Rakau from both the Eggers and Freestyle hops farms, along with a dose of Rakau Hopkief and a touch of Nelson Lakes’ Nelson Sauvin. A brand new IPA built on NZ barley & wheat, and bursting with stonefruit and tropical hop character, this here is one smooth, easy-sippin’ hop soup.

Inspired by our adventures in Miami, Florida, Dreamland embodies the essence of the city that birthed the namesake of this can’s style—the Florida Weisse. This step-mashed tart wheat beer draws influence from the traditional Berliner Weisse but with a vibrant, tropical twist. In true OD fashion, we’ve cranked the whole thing up to 305. With a higher ABV and enhanced mouthfeel, we’ve amplified this brew using our in-house lacto culture, then loaded it with huge doses of passionfruit, mandarin, mango, and coconut water during fermentation. Tropical, tasty, and oh-so vibrant.

Bierzeit sits squarely in the realm of a traditional K?lsch style beer from Germany. From colour to flavour and mouthfeel, Bierzeit delivers on that tradition with a delicate flavour balance between malt, fruitiness and bitterness, rounded out with a clean, well attenuated finish. A Juicy with a twist. Unlike the classic juicy yellow colours often displayed in Hazys, for Solar Juice we used a combination of malts that create a beautiful orange hue and hops that bring citrus overtones, both reminiscent of the glorious morning sunrise. The hops are well incorporated to deliver a soft taste profile, combined with a subtle sweetness for an overall smooth, full-flavoured drinking experience. 6.1%

Mountain IPAs are the magical place where East meets West, juicy meets crisp. From The Cradle features hops from our Aussie neighbours and garners its name from Cradle Mountain in Tasmania, one of the leading hop growing regions in Australia. Galaxy and Vic Secret lead the way with citrus and tropical fruit and are backed up by Eclipse to round out the hop profile with background notes of stone fruit and berry. As always we punch up the piney finish with Chinook and Columbus. Enjoy!

NEW RELEASE – West Coast Style Lager

Genre-defying and proudly hard to categorise – call it a West Coast Style Lager, Pilsner, IPL, or Cold IPA. This boundary-pushing brew represents our take on this ever-evolving style, crafted as part of our Lager House Series.

Built on a clean Pilsner base, we’ve loaded it with a power trio of sought-after hops – Citra, Mosaic, and Riwaka. True to traditional lager crafting, we’ve brewed it low and slow with Lager yeast ,allowing it to mature through a month-long conditioning period for exceptional clarity and character.

Tasting Notes:

• Hops: Citra, Mosaic & Riwaka
• Base: Classic Pilsner malt
• Yeast: Lager
• Process: 4-week conditioning
• Finish: Clean, crisp with bold hop presence

Terroir Blend is based on the Megablend from Belgium. It is the expression of one year old spontaneously fermented 'Lambic style' beer from multiple breweries. We are excited that there are quite a few other brewers in NZ now brewing spontaneously fermented beers.
This is a blend of one-year-old 'spon' from Cell Division (Dunedin), Wilderness (Christchurch) and Craftwork.

Food pairing: sliced apples. Mussels, waterzooi, Thai green curry, strong goat’s cheese, fish, bread and butter.

This blend is a 'Gueuze-style' blending of a barrel each of Ninebarnyardowls 2- and 3- year-old and two barrels of our 1-year-old.
