Emerson’s are thrilled to have made the Otago Nuggets and Southern Hoiho team this season. While they do the hooping, we do the hopping. Sending out an all star, all American line-up of Citra, Mosaic and Cascade hops, to keep your taste buds on their toes. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors.
