Brewed with an exotic touch and local malt, we dry-hopped our refreshing IPA with the famous Citra American hop variety. Its raw hops give a lovely aromatic expression, with well-balanced bitterness and aftertaste.

Soul Stealer is a brand new fruited oat cream IPA made with our pals Simon & Adam at Superflux Beer Company in Vancouver, Canada. Known for their super smooth IPAs and heavy fruit sour range, we decided to team up and combine these two forces. The result is a silky NZ-hopped IPA with additions of Aussie mango, Canadian maple syrup, Fijian coconut, and Bega milk sugar. Think peach rings, mango lollies, and piña colada vibes.

Table beers are light bodied, low alcohol beers that were popular in medieval Belgium and France. They were designed as a casual beer that could be enjoyed by the masses at mealtimes. Little One includes a large percentage of wheat and oats to provide additional body. It is fermented with a mixed culture of Belgian Abbey and Brettanomyces Claussenii yeast to provide complex fruit and spice notes.

City Limits is a new Cali IPA inspired by the easy-drinking, hop-forward beers we enjoyed on the West Coast of the US. We’ve made a super simple change by using just extra pale pilsner malt, Citra and Krush - two of our favourite hops right now - and a plain Joe yeast strain. This unobstructed approach allows the hops to pop right off and express themselves while keeping it easy and super breezy to drink. Bright beer, tight hops, forever sippable. Slip in, the water’s nice.

Smooth, complex, and beautifully balanced, our Flemish Bruin pours a deep mahogany with ruby highlights, crowned by a wispy, off-white head. Weizenbocks are a style of strong German wheat beer that can vary in colour from golden to dark brown depending on the malts used. For our first Weizenbock, we went with a pale version. You can imagine it as a supercharged version of our Hefeweizen. Born Too Late was inspired by the pale Weizenbock brewed by the oldest continually operating brewery in the world and arguably the finest wheat beer producer. It has the banana and clove notes from the yeast, supported by malt sweetness. Hazy in appearance and pouring with a delicious creamy head of foam.

Gold Medal Ale

The legend begins here. In 1880 Speight’s enters it’s flagship ale into the Melbourne Exhibition. It cleans up, winning 2 gold medals and gets a new name; Gold Medal Ale is born.

Speight’s is the beer of choice after a hard day’s work. Probably the least sweet of all New Zealand beers, this characteristic allows the full flavour of the malt and hops to shine through. Speight’s Gold Medal Ale is a great accompaniment to any meat dish and is superb with Southern game dishes such as venison, duck and rabbit.
