The name ‘Mont de Milieu’ defines the slope that previously marked a boundary between two constituencies in Champagne and Burgundy.

Clear, bright hue with light green tinges. This 1er Cru reveals a remarkably rich aromatic profile with ripe citrus fruits and white flowers. The palate is rich and round with exceptional length.

This organic Pinot Noir comes from 2 parcels next to the Savigny-Les-Beaune appellation. The vines are 50 years old and found on clay and limestone soil. Whole bunch fermented and matured for 12 months in oak.

This wine offers fine and pure Pinot Noir typicity; airy and subtle, offering oodles of fresh fruit. 

It can be paired with a variety of dishes, such as hams, red meats and duck breast.

Domaine Joblot is credited for putting the Givry region back on the Burgundy map with its high quality Pinot Noir. The fruit is meticulously picked and vinified. 

This Pinot shows great finesse and charm. The nose is fresh and fruity, with cherry and raspberry notes. Earthiness and gentle oak on the palate are complemented by red fruit notes. This is a medium bodied Pinot with moderate tannins and a balanced finish,

‘Vaillons’ originates from the Latin vallis or valles meaning an ‘elongated area between two raised zones’ which escribes the 1er Cru plot from which this wine is made.

Bright, clear hue with attractive golden tinges. This 1er Cru offers remarkable aromatic complexity with aromas of ripe citrus and white flowers. The palate is round and seductive with a lively attack. Excellent length and a refined aromatic persistency combining fruity notes and a delicate acidity. Pleasant sensation of freshness.

The Style of the Wine
With its well-defined character, this wine perfectly illustrates the identity of the Nuits Saint Georges vineyard. Complex aromas of blackcurrant mingled with spicy blackberry are revealed on the nose with, depending on the vintage, darker notes of liquorice, leather and blood orange. The well-built mouth affirms itself with density and strength around a tight structure with rich, well-wrapped tannins. It becomes increasingly seductive over time, which comes from the elegance, intensity and purity of the fruit.

- The Clos des Forêts Saint Georges covers the entire geological range of the slopes of Nuits Saint Georges: Ladoix limestone at the bottom, Premeaux limestone in the middle, and white oolite limestone in the upper part, with a marked presence of ochre silt in some places. This Clos is planted entirely to Pinot Noir.

- Traditional vinification: A manual harvest, minimal vatting, pumping over and punching down without excess to reveal the full aromatic range drawn from this great terroir. Ageing lasts on average 15 months in oak barrels, with a maximum of 40% of new barrels, and 3 months in vats before bottling.

The Terroir
In Burgundy the monopoly (single estate vineyard) defines a unit of land, a terroir which has been perfectly defined for centuries and which is owned by a single proprietor. The Clos des Forêts Saint Georges covers a surface of 7.2 hectares, all in one piece. It is a unique terroir in a privileged location which right from its origin has made one of the greatest Nuits Saint Georges wines.

Tasting Note
The nose brings out deep, intense floral and fruity notes, mixed with hints of spice. Described as a more muscular wine, the palate is straightforward yet complex, elegant and full-bodied. The finish is long and intense, suggesting that it will keep well. This is a very fine wine with velvety tannins.

This blend of 66% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Franc and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon shows off a bright deep red colour with purple reflections. Red fruit aroma dominate the nose overlayed with subtle peppermint notes. Balanced and smooth with fine tannins, this is classic Bordeaux in style with a spicy rich finish.

Savoury, structured and classically beautiful Bordeaux which drinks beautifully with complex black olive, dried herb and fragrant dark fruit flavours now; made from 48% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Cabernet Franc. 

Chateau Magnol has 31 hectares of grapes in the Haut-Médoc, west of the city of Bordeaux and has gravel as well as sandy soils in its vineyards. It has gained the classification of Cru Bourgeois, which this commandingly impressive wine more than lives up to. 

"Composed of 78% Merlot and 22% Cabernet Franc, the 2018 Chambrun is deep garnet-purple in color with warm blackberries, black cherry pie and blueberry compote with touches of fried herbs and cedar. The palate is medium to full-bodied with bags of vibrant fruit and a firm frame of rounded tannins, finishing long and refreshing."

Marcel Deiss 1er Cru Jeu des Verts 2021 is a French Alsace White wine blend made from Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, and Riesling grapes. The wine is made from a 1.5-hectare vineyard in Bergheim, Gruenspiel, France, that was planted between 1982 and 2002. The vineyard is located in a south-facing amphitheater that overlooks Ribeauvillé, and the wine is made using organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter) methods. The grapes are macerated in stainless steel tanks for three weeks, then aged in old foudre for 12 months. The wine is unfined, unfiltered, and does not contain added SO2

This wine is named after Lantignié, where Alexandre Burgaud is based, located to the west of the famous Morgon Cru in Beaujolais. He owns just five hectares and the vines have an average age over 60.

This is a bright, vibrant Gamay with moderate acidity and soft tannins, cherry and raspberry flavours and a pleasant finish.

Grape 100% Gamay

Jean-François Ganevat—known as Fanfan—is making wine with the inspired magic of an alchemist. He comes from a long line of winegrowers, dating as far back as 1650. He took over the family estate in 1998. With only eight and a half hectares under vine, the family has seventeen different local varieties planted of both red and white grapes—an incredible amount of variation to consider for holdings of such small size. Jean-François creates a stunning number of cuvées, ranging between thirty-five and forty every year! His methodology goes far beyond the details of the average vigneron.

J’en Veux Encore is Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris – Semi Carbonic fermentation, sweet fruited, very energetic – very crisp, light, and very pure.
