Santisima Trinidad de Cuba seven year old Rum is a bright amber in colour with sweet aromas of raisins, dried grapes and oak. On the palate there is slight but perceptible sweetness, combined with hints of vanilla and dried sweet almonds.

Macduff distillery is located near the mouth of the River Deveron, where the river meets the sea. Sheltered from the worst of the seaboard storms and winter winds, this tranquil spot has seen the creation of The Deveron malt whisky for many a decade. 

Using five small copper pot stills and unusual horizontal condensers that gently coax extra character from the spirit, The Deveron is a light, fruity and approachable spirit with some hints of nutty notes.

On the nose, aromas of smoky fruit and zesty lemon and lime are chased by the tang of bold menthol and tarry rope. With water, an oceanic minerality brings a breath of cool, briny sea spray.
