Named after the still in which it is made, Coffey Gin is produced by popular Japanese whisky brand Nikka. Eleven botanicals go are used, including amanatsu, yuzu and sansho pepper from Japan, alongside coriander, citrus peels and apple juice. As a large number of the botanicals are citrus fruits, the gin has multi-layered citrus notes and a zesty, long finish. Try it in a Negroni.

Black Label displays a botanical intensity reminiscent of the loftiest heights of the West Coast rainforest and the purest depths of the wild water feeding it. Foraged Watercress, Snow Moss, Kahikatea tips, and Toatoa all deliver a soulful aromatic experience. At 46% ABV, the concentrated distillate ensures brighter, more crystalline flavours awash with volatile aromatics. A sophisticated and layered gin, suited to quiet, contemplative moments, and discerning minds.

Created in honour of Reefton legend little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, gin-toting, 4 foot tall gold prospector.  Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand selection of small batch distilled gins with attitude.

A thoughtful mix of nine botanicals, Fords Gin starts with a traditional base of juniper & coriander seed balanced by citrus, florals and spices. Steeped for 15 hours before distillation, the botanicals deliver an aromatic, fresh and floral spirit with elegant notes of jasmine and grapefruit that creates a versatile base for any gin-inspired cocktail.

It's our classic Third Island Gin - locally foraged Manuka, Rimu, and Horopito showered in pure Stewart Island rainwater - now of seafaring stature.

In the 18th Century, the Royal Navy began the practice of storing gin rations below deck alongside gunpowder.

As such it was crucial that, should a barrel burst, the wet gunpowder would still ignite in the heat of battle.

Anything under 57.15% - or "gunpowder proof" - was barred from ships, while any gin stronger was welcomed aboard.

And with that, Navy Strength Gin was born.

Hendricks NEPTUNIA is based on Hendricks Gin with its signature foundation of rose and cucumber, but with an additional wave of flavour from an invigorating blend of sea kelp, coastal thyme and  lime, which has that huge maritime story and history behind it. This exquisitely extravagant expression boasts a rich ensemble of bright flavours that seduce the senses. It seems that stone fruit flavours, rose scents and gin were a magical combination in the most opulent of establishments in Paris at the turn of the 20th Century, and eaux de vies, peach schnapps, cherry liqueurs and the like were the 'in thing' for those who had the means to celebrate in spectacular style.

Hendrick's Master Distiller, alchemist and liquid poet Lesley Gracie has deftly combined these flavours into a ravishingly fruity spirit, where pirouettes of decadent stone fruit share the stage with sweet herbs and make for an elegant sensory feast that is deliciously indulgent and yet as light as silk.

Sea Lovers Gin is a distinctive and delicious contemporary gin that subtly marries marine ingredients with more traditional botanicals, conjuring the essence of the sea into your glass. The wild harvested North Island kelp gives a lovely umami complexity to the nose and serves as a counterpoint to the brightness of the lime and rosemary.
