Unit price perWakame arrived in New Zealand coastal waters on the hills of ships and thrived on our pristine rocky coastline. We of course now know it as a delicious culinary ingredient with many positive health benefits. Imagination is stoked to be able to gather wild wakame for this gin from the coast of Wellington and Wairarapa.
The initial aroma is juniper forward, fresh and sweet. When tasted you get the refreshingness of the citrus before fading to reveal the juniper in the background. A noticeable sweetness appears giving way to a sweet salt finish. A classic dry gin with a contemporary twist, transporting you to New Zealand's fresh and invigorating coastal waters.
Each label tells the story of the ingredients, the place or the people behind what's in the bottle.
Bold, balanced and smooth, please welcome the Humdinger Dry Gin.
This old soul is a celebration of the juniper berry, and a twist on a classic Dry Gin. Subtle citrus is first on the palate, before transforming into a pleasant juniper middle, that then morphs into a long warm finish thanks to a dash of nutmeg and liquorice. Subsequently it leaves you thinking, "don't mind if I do".
Pot distilled to maximise the flavour, using the authentic London Dry method - with only water added post-distillation.
This gin is fantastic on ice, or if you fancy G&T's then it's recommended to pair with East Imperial Tonic Water, Royal Botanic Tonic, or Old World Tonic. The recommended garnishes are a kaffir lime leaf or a fresh orange slice. With this gin being so well balanced, it is a fantastic option for cocktail making too.

Unit price perAfter visiting Cobram Estate during olive harvest, Four Pillars realised olive oil could be a brilliant botanical alongside olive leaf. The aroma, flavour and texture of fresh olive is stunning, and they did a year of trials before finalising the recipe for this gin.
The botanicals include a big base of juniper with a savoury overlay of coriander seed, rosemary, olive leaf, olive oil, bay leaf, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root, and fresh lemon and grapefruit. Fresh ingredients were vapour infused while the others macerated in the pot.
They have used olive leaf and oil from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties. This gin is savoury, textural and bright. Perfect for any Martini - Gibson, dirty, or dry with a twist. For a longer drink try it in a Spanish-inspired gintonic, with rosemary and lemon.
Chardonnay Barrel Gin is a smooth and super sippable gin. Aged in French Oak ex-Chardonnay barrels, the palate is light and creamy, finishing with lingering spice and fresh citrus peel. As soon as you open the bottle, you'll get great aromas of preserved lemon, ginger, light vanilla and cinnamon.

Unit price perIt's not a classic London dry gin, but a vision of what a NZ dry gin can be - smooth, bushy & dry.
On the nose this gin is weighed down by kawakawa while the citrus notes of lemon, orange, and grapefruit light up your olfactory bulb. Thyme lurks in the background. On tasting, the kawakawa is still predominant, but the thyme comes to the fore along with layers of sage, liquorice, and tarata, which binds all these aromas together. There is a long liquorice and citrus finish.
This gin is a mix of traditional herbs from the Mediterranean and Aotearoa, blending the culinary histories of Julien and Michael.

This gin is distilled with more than 12 oriental botanicals, gunpowder tea, and a hint of Sardinian citrus--one of the rarest citrus fruits in the world found only on the island of Sardinia.
