Pondering early rock n? roll, they thought, a few rudimentary instruments working together sound great ? so they worked with the basics to get some robust tones going, then turned up the volume. This stripped back approach is how they created Victor Gin.

Made to a 19th century Indian colonial recipe that contains nine fresh botanicals including juniper, coriander, lemon, orange peel, angelica seeds, iris, fennel. plus saffron which gives a delicate spicy character

Cadrona - The Source Gin is forged by the four seasons that blow through the Cardrona Valley, Southern Alps, New Zealand. We refuse to chill-filter to deliver you full flavour and character. Citadelle Gin has a delicate and fragrant nose of fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and cinnamon. After a few moments, stronger, more herbaceous aromas of anise, grains of paradise and cinnamon develop in a most remarkable way. The appetizing bouquet is reminiscent of gardens in springtime. On the palate, juniper gives way to a voluptuous complexity redolent of fresh flowers, leading into an elegant, round and highly refined finish.The 19 botanicals are infused for 72 hours, three days in which the Citadelle body is shaped and takes all its aromatic notes. This is a juniper forward gin based around Dr Beak's core botanicals. A savoury expression with notes of fresh rosemary and mint, finishing with a kick of horopito.

Warner Edwards - The original rhubarb gin, inspired by a crop of rhubarb grown by Queen Victoria in her kitchen gardens.  

Each bottle contains one third freshly pressed rhubarb juice, which we source from the finest English crop, creating a fruity and refreshing masterpiece.

Distilled with 47 botanicals, from places as diverse as India, Central America, and the Black Forest of Baden-W?rttemberg. We've managed to track down 32 of those botanicals. Oh - it might be pricey, but they only make 2,500 bottles a year. I'd probably drink this in a martini or negroni rather than a gin and tonic.
