Malfy Gin CON ARANCIA is distilled by the Vergnano family in Italy - the birthplace of Gin - using the peel of Sicilian Blood Oranges, Italian Juniper and four other botanicals with their traditional Vacuum Still.  Blood Oranges are prized variety in Sicily - and harvested in November - their rich red colour develops from the cool Mediterranean nights.

Southern Strength Gin is a botanical blast of classic juniper flavour with a long, luxurious mouthfeel. Perfect for lovers of classic cocktails.

Developed through meticulous bartender and consumer feedback, Southern Strength Gin uses our Triple Juniper process and elevates the lemon peel, coriander seed and angelica root.

It uses exactly the same number of botanicals as Triple Juniper Gin, just in different ratios.

Our distillery is located in South Australia and this particular gin is richer than most, sitting at 52% ABV, giving inspiration for the name 'Southern Strength'

Juniper and Coriander are macerated in our base spirit before final infusion with Bay Leaf and Lemon to create The Bay Gin. Complex and herbal with a bright citrus finish. Wakame arrived in New Zealand coastal waters on the hills of ships and thrived on our pristine rocky coastline. We of course now know it as a delicious culinary ingredient with many positive health benefits. Imagination is stoked to be able to gather wild wakame for this gin from the coast of Wellington and Wairarapa.

The initial aroma is juniper forward, fresh and sweet. When tasted you get the refreshingness of the citrus before fading to reveal the juniper in the background.
