Buoyed by a robust malt base, these zesty aromatics make this beer hit like a crashing wave before tapering off into a light, clean bitterness on the finish - hugely refreshing!

Huhu Hazy Volume 1: Mosaic

Juicy, hazy, and loaded with tropical punch.

The first release in our Huhu Hazy series, this juicy banger puts Mosaic hops front and centre. Bursting with punchy passionfruit, ripe mango, and sweet tangerine, it finishes with a lick of citrus zest. Smooth, natural carbonation rounds it out into a soft, velvety juice bomb. Tropical as, and dangerously crushable.

Operation IPA Volume 1: Mosaic

Bright, punchy, and properly dank.

Mosaic takes the stage as our showcase hop for this inaugural version of our new IPA series, bringing bright notes of grapefruit and pine on base hops of New Zealand Chinook and Taiheke to create this dank citrus forward IPA. It’s resinous, it’s zesty, and it’s not mucking around.

Frog Wallop West Coast IPA 6.3% ABV

• Bold, bright, and unmistakably Kiwi, with notes of gooseberries, grapefruit, citrus zest, layered over a resinous pine backbone. Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, and NZ Chinook deliver a crisp bitterness and lingering dry finish. Making each sip clean, punchy and refreshingly moreish. Naturally carbonated.

CASABLANCA BRIGHT IPA
6.0%
Effervescent and fruity with notes of peach, apricot, lime, passionfruit and lychee from the Wai-iti, Riwaka, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops. A light malt bill is subtle on the palate.

STRAWBERRY CREME BRULEE IMPERIAL SOUR
9.0% 
Barrel-loads of crushed strawberries complement Hüll Melon hops with strawberry and honeydew aromatics. Oats, wheat and lactose give a creamy mouthfeel, balanced by berry tartness.

KRUSH HAZY IPA // 6.0%

A fruit explosion from KRUSH - a vibrant new hop variety out of the USA. Tropical, citrus, melon and berry aroma in this bold, hazy IPA.

8.0% - Hazy Double IPA

We’re heading south for our fifth collaboration with Boston brewing legends Trillium, down to Garston Hops in Southland’s Nokomai Valley. A massive dry hop of hand selected Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and NZ Cascade bring passionfruit, peach and citrus in this giant juicy hazy homage to one of New Zealand’s most exciting new hop growing regions.

There’s a new hop in town, and we’ve tracked it down.

Fresh from the Clayton Innovation Project, trial hop CIP-076 bursts on to the scene and outta the glass with big citrus and stone fruit aromas. The flavour follows in its footsteps with bright grapefruit, crisp melon, stone fruits and hints of lychee.

At an enjoyable 5.1% ABV, the only mystery left to solve will be where the beer in your glass disappeared to…

10% - Hazy Triple IPA

Elevate your hop experience. Crafted in collaboration with Taiwans legendary Ugly Half Beer, rise up to a higher plane. Brewed using the finest Royalburn malt grown on the crown terrace in the mountains above Queenstown and hopped with Nelson Sauvin grown at 400 metres above sea level on the picturesque Nelson Lakes hop farm, Freestyle peacherine and a shot of Motueka sub zero hop kief. Think lush mango, passionfruit and fresh cut stone fruit. Level up.
