7.0% - Dubbel, the second release in the Odd Assembly series, pours a beautiful deep mahogany colour. The Monastery Ale yeast generates fruity esters whichare complemented by malt complexity. 4.8% - Our Czech Dark Lager (tmavé pivo) features 5 different malts including Tchecomalt Floor Malted Pilsner Malt from the Czech Republic. Rich on the palate, its dark amber coloured body with ruby highlights brings forth a variety of flavours & aromas. 3.5% - Our Raspberry Berliner Weisse is a refreshingly tart brew with a clean, crisp body & a low alcohol content, making it perfect for any occasion. 5% - Our Passionfruit Miso Sour offers a harmonious blend of tropical fragrance & sweet-sour complexity, balanced by a clean malt base.
