Mikkeller is a legendary brewery from Denmark. They work with select top breweries across the world, and we’re stoked they've chosen Garage Project as their partner for Asia Pacific. These are Mikkeller beers, their recipes, brewed in New Zealand by Garage Project, with specially selected hops from Nelson Lakes, local Gladfield malts, and sprinklings of our lot-selected Yakima Chief Hops.

Mikkeller is a kindred spirit of brewing creativity and we’re thrilled to be working together on a range of beers. The beers we brew at Garage Project will be popping up in Mikkeller venues throughout Asia, and we’re also lucky to have secured limited amounts for enjoyment closer to home.

4.2% - Australian Lager

Brewed in our dedicated gluten free brewery and paying homage to the Classic Aussie beer taste, GFB Draught gluten free beer is a clean, crisp and refreshing easy-drinking beer. Full strength, full taste, full slab – Just Great Beer!

Lindemans Strawberry is made from one-year-old oak-aged lambic and pure strawberry juice. A dark red/orangey, slightly cloudy colour. Deliciously fruity with the flavor of freshly picked strawberries. Its sharp and full-bodied flavor gives way to a perfect balance between sweet and sour.  With only 3.5 % Alc and 55Kcal/100ml this is the perfect treat for dessert pairing.

4.5% - American Pale Ale

Easy-drinking gluten-free pale ale with bright citrus hop character and a clean finish - brewed in our dedicated gluten-free brewery and endorsed by Coeliac Australia. Brewed with millet, buckwheat, rice, and citra and cascade hops.

Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier is a golden yellow wheat beer, with a fine-pored white head offering aromas of cloves and banana. The palate is full bodied with yeasty notes and more banana hits.

A few years ago we went to Tampa, Florida to brew a massive Imperial Stout together with our friends at Angry Chair Brewing. 2022 it was time again, but this time it was brewed in Sweden, here is the barrel aged version.

Fiery, rich and powerful Belgian beer with secondary fermentation

This special beer is deep red-brown and has an intensely sweet caramel character with accents of banana and dried figs. The fire is in the aftertaste, where the chili accentuates the malt notes in a brilliant way and warms your throat.

10.5% ABV

Best Before: 2027/11/04

Kasteel Cuvee has a flavour similar to a ten-year old Kasteel Donker. Roasted and caramelised malts give the beer a soft, full taste with fruity notes reminiscent of port or madeira. The aftertaste is marked by a subtle hop bitterness.

11% ABV

Best Before: 2030/10/02

Last year, for the first time Duvel Tripel Hop was brewed with the unique hop variety Cashmere and it was a resounding success. The limited-edition specialty beer flew off the shelves and many beer lovers missed out. Swayed by the popular demand to brew a new batch, the brewers decided to use the limited-availability hop again in 2020.

Heaps Normal non-alcoholic beer is brewed for people who love a beer, but want
to drink less. Whether identifying as sober or just wanting to cut back, they are
part of a global movement trading the standard drink for a new drink standard.

We’ve been leaning into Cali IPAs as of late and having a blast with them. This one was built to feel light, snappy, and joyfully drinkable while still carrying a serious hop punch. Mashed with a touch more spelt for body and foam, then hopped throughout with Riwaka, Citra, Krush, and Nelson Sauvin. Ferment was kept clean and lively, letting bursts of citrus, tropicals, and white grape ride on a bright, spritzy frame. It lands crisp and fresh, with just enough bitterness to pull you back in. Easy to sip, hard to put down.

You’re holding a can armed with no less than two and a third ripe pears - blitzed into one of our biggest, richest, fruit-driven sour bases yet. We’ve cranked every dial to oblivion: double the lacto, boosted ABV, and an utterly ridiculous fruit loading rate you could practically drown in. Massive fresh pear aromatics detonate on the nose before sliding into a silky, dense, ultra lush orchard-dessert finish.

Red Lagoonies is a smoothie sour with our favourite fruit supplier and all round mega-legend Greg The Berry Man. We’ve been working with the Big G for years now and it's about time we made a fruit-laden sud tube with him. This number combines our thick and lactose-heavy kettle sour base with a plunderous bounty of Australian strawberry, dragonfruit, pomegranate, lychee, banana, and coconut creme.
