So you drink Leffe exactly as you are used to, but alcohol-free! The Leffe blond goes through the entire brewing process and the alcohol is only removed from it after the fermentation process.

La Chouffe is an unfiltered blonde beer, which is re-fermented in the bottle as well as in the keg. It is pleasantly fruity, spiced with coriander, and with a light hop taste.

La Chouffe pours a clear, amber-gold colour, with a giant white head. The smell is strong, with sugar, alcohol and fruit (both dark and citrus) present. The taste is very sweet, with citrus, alcohol, and a biscuity aftertaste. An excellent beer that should not be missed.
