The Mûre Tilquin à l’ancienne is a spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the fermentation of fresh or frozen blackberries in young lambics, blended with 1, 2 and 3 years lambic to reach a final concentration of fruits of 260-300 gr fruit per liter

Extra 4 is the latest scion of the notable St. Bernardus family. A refreshing blond beer that is brewed in the classic single style. Every year, our Extra 4 can be enjoyed in spring and summer. Extra 4 shines with the golden hue of pale straw, topped off with a snowy-white collar. As this beer re-ferments in the bottle, it produces a lovely fizz in the glass.

The Golden Blend is one of only a rare few blends that contains 4 year old beer, this older beer gives considerable depth and complexity to the beer, and paired with the slightly nutty, and fruity oxidized notes of the Sherry barrel this blend is sure to stand out. The IPA, or Indian Pale Ale, beer style was created in England in the 19th century. To ensure that the beer arrived in good condition at their overseas colonies in India, extra hops were added. IPA was born! Today, the rest of the world is also a fan of the bitterness and hoppy taste of a typical Indian Pale Ale. Sloeber IPA contains four types of hops: Magnum, Citra, Amarillo & Simcoe. The result? A refreshing, fruity and hoppy beer that nevertheless stays very accessible!

Wipers Times Dubbel is a top-fermented, full-bodied brown ale (6.5% alc. vol.), brewed exclusively using local hops. Wipers Times Dubbel is brewed like a classic abbey-style beer, with twice as much malt as our Wipers Times Blond.

Waterloo Red Cherry is a perfect blend between a brown beer and natural cherry juice, resulting in a balanced red fruit beer with a subtle hint of lemon. The lambic that is used for this beer is brewed by Timmermans, the oldest lambic brewery in the world (1702). Enjoy the taste of naturally sour morello cherries, whose acidity is balanced by the combination of real lambic with explosive, sweet cherry juice.

A Contemporary style IPA with an Irish twist. Combining the balance of European IPAs with the generous dry hopping of American pale ales (APAs), this beer is everything an IPA should be and more.

Zesty and refreshingly bitter, the finish is long. With a copper toned body topped with a lightly carbonated head, the dry hopping brings an intense aroma and lasting array of fruit and floral notes.

Lovers of strong beer need not worry that ERDINGER Weissbier Pikantus 'dark bock beer' is going to be too sweet, as is the case with so many bock beers. Despite the higher alcohol content, the Erdinger brew masters have succeeded in retaining the special Pikantus taste.

Taste Kees' quadrupel! This beer has a deep red-brown color and a mildly sweet taste. The alcohol in the beer provides a warm buzz. For this beer we have chosen American hop varieties that provide fruity aromas. A wonderful beer to enjoy while sitting down.

Stacked Pistachio Chocolate Honey Cake takes inspiration from a dessert we recently enjoyed. Just a few spoons in, we knew we had to bring this to light in liquid form. Following a long boil of our base stout, we added a healthy dose of pistachios, honey, cacao nibs, and cake mix. A decadent pour leads to aromas of pistachio chocolate pudding and flavors of creamy devil's food cake batter, raw honeycomb, and something we would imagine a pistachio Snickers bar would taste like. The liquid frosted chocolate cake meets honey baklava flavor profile wraps up with a slick and velvety finish we tend to get with a honey addition, offering stacked milkshake-like flavors you could enjoy with a straw

After boiling up a massive stout, we used a 50/50 Blend of Toasted and Raw Biodynamic coconut before a big dose of marshmallows.

Emperor’s Marshmalotonin pours a viscous jet black with a creamy head. Balanced aroma’s and flavors of Hershey syrup, coconut macaroons, and vanilla frosting homogeneously lead into a decadent chocolate finish laced with coconut slicks

Circinae adds plenty of peanuts, peanut butter-covered pretzels, Papau New Guinea vanilla, cacao nibs, and honey atop the Accipiter stout base.
Pitch black with a tan head, Circinae releases aromas of deep chocolate fudge and spoons of skippy peanut butter. Balanced flavors of chocolate fudge, crushed peanut butter cups, snickers, and honey caramel-dipped pretzels come together before a touch of pretzel biscuit and a custardy Creme Brulee finish that will have you dipping in for another sip in no time
