Cane Overproof rum is 1919's first release, full-strength and full of character. It is a blend of different fermentations and marks resulting in a white rum with a fruity aroma with hints of molasses. Black Label displays a botanical intensity reminiscent of the loftiest heights of the West Coast rainforest and the purest depths of the wild water feeding it. Foraged Watercress, Snow Moss, Kahikatea tips, and Toatoa all deliver a soulful aromatic experience. At 46% ABV, the concentrated distillate ensures brighter, more crystalline flavours awash with volatile aromatics. A sophisticated and layered gin, suited to quiet, contemplative moments, and discerning minds.

Created in honour of Reefton legend little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, gin-toting, 4 foot tall gold prospector.  Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand selection of small batch distilled gins with attitude.

Wakame arrived in New Zealand coastal waters on the hills of ships and thrived on our pristine rocky coastline. We of course now know it as a delicious culinary ingredient with many positive health benefits. Imagination is stoked to be able to gather wild wakame for this gin from the coast of Wellington and Wairarapa.

The initial aroma is juniper forward, fresh and sweet. When tasted you get the refreshingness of the citrus before fading to reveal the juniper in the background. A noticeable sweetness appears giving way to a sweet salt finish. A classic dry gin with a contemporary twist, transporting you to New Zealand's fresh and invigorating coastal waters.

Our Rimurimu and Thyme gin offers a savoury blend of rimurimu (native kelp) and aromatic thyme, creating a unique coastal kitchen character with subtle umami notes and a strong juniper presence. This gin has a unique but still versatile profile and can be enjoyed neat or in your favourite cocktails.
