Crafted on the Kāpiti Coast by head distiller Bec Kay, it captures the feeling of a beautifully set table, shared platters, easy laughter and the first clink of glasses.

Fresh citrus, rosehip and angelica lend a floral lift, while subtle coastal botanicals whisper of our local backyard — creating a gin that feels inviting, elegant and effortlessly refreshing.

Bright without being bold, it’s the bottle you reach for when the sun is shining and the company is good — the kind of gin that quietly becomes everyone’s favourite.

Suggested Serve:
Pour 45ml over ice, top with premium tonic or soda, and finish with a thin slice of lemon or edible flowers. It looks as good as it tastes — perfect for gatherings, grazing boards, or simply celebrating the everyday.

New Zealand Single Malt

Pokeno Revelation celebrates our unique place in the world. First we carefully select and blend parcels of stock which have been fully matured in first fill bourbon and New Zealand Red Wine casks from one of our favourite wineries. We then lay these back down in cask to allow them to marry perfectly together. It is a sweet and smooth whisky, with beautiful notes of mango, grapefruit, strawberry bonbons, lychee and sherbet, which combine for a sweet and smooth taste of summer.

Our beloved flagship Hazy IPA brewed for the rad lot at Cardrona Ski Field. A combination of Rakau, Nectaron, Wai-Iti and Idaho 7 hops playfully bounce on a plump malt body. Giving notes of overripe nectarine, apricot and just a sprinkle of bitterness to keep you coming back for more.

Quercus Alba is the Latin name for 'American white oak' and this limited edition whisky is packed with oaky flavour. During the selection process our head distiller said 'for those who like chewing on a pencil'. The heavy char on the virgin oak cask has activated rich tannins, dark toffee and deep wood flavours. We think it's a little reminiscent of the heavy tannic oak notes in American whisky. If you love oak, this release is for you. 

The liquid inside is Manuka Smoke single malt, one of our most identifiable flavour profiles and a signature of our distillery. It's made using locally grown malt that has been smoked with native Manuka wood, mashed, fermented and then double distilled through the Thomson all copper pot stills. The spirit offers an interesting black tea note along with the typical Manuka oils. 

Quercus Alba is limited to 250 bottles only.

From Marlboroughs' Ukrainian wine making duo Alina Tenetka & Masha, bringing their experience from Europe to make really elegant wines out of different sites in Marlborough, teasing the potential out of grapes in ways we don't often see in New Zealand wines. These wines are full of poise, elegance & are hot off the lips of many a wine critic. 

When Alina turned up with her wines at Regional's we were taken aback, why hadn't we heard of this any sooner? The wines all were a departure from the styles New Zealand had previously offered & placed themselves in some of the best examples of each variety they make that NZ has to offer!

In a land famed for Sauvignon Blanc, making Austria's Grüner Veltliner was a quiet rebellion. Drawn to its sharp wit and spicy character, we wanted to see how its alpine soul would develop a Marlborough accent. This wine is the result—a brave expression of a new identity.
