Wakame arrived in New Zealand coastal waters on the hills of ships and thrived on our pristine rocky coastline. We of course now know it as a delicious culinary ingredient with many positive health benefits. Imagination is stoked to be able to gather wild wakame for this gin from the coast of Wellington and Wairarapa.

The initial aroma is juniper forward, fresh and sweet. When tasted you get the refreshingness of the citrus before fading to reveal the juniper in the background. A noticeable sweetness appears giving way to a sweet salt finish. A classic dry gin with a contemporary twist, transporting you to New Zealand's fresh and invigorating coastal waters.

Mountains to Sea is features horopito from the mountain forests, manuka from the riverbanks, and kelp from the sea — a true New Zealand journey in every sip.

Layered, briny, and unmistakably local, this gin is made for slow evenings and reflective pours. It tastes like weathered landscapes and wild coastlines.

Rifters Gin is bottled by Arrowtown Distillery in Wakatipu Basin, a historic gold mining town. A "Rifter" is similar to a fossicker or forager from the early gold mining era.

Rifters Blue Gold Gin is a limited release gin bottled at 42% ABV. It is distilled with Szechuan Pepper, Kaffir Lime, and Lemon Grass.

An exquisite trinity of three hand-selected casks, drawn from some of our oldest stocks and reduced to 52% abv.  This 700ml bottle comes in a beautiful oak frame.

Little Biddy^? Gin ? Black Label is characterised by a backbone of distilled local grain spirit, wild water, and hand harvested native botanicals, boasting an elevated sophistication that is truly divine.

Black Label displays a botanical intensity reminiscent of the loftiest heights of the West Coast rainforest and the purest depths of the wild water feeding it. Foraged Watercress, Snow Moss, Kahikatea tips, and Toatoa all deliver a soulful aromatic experience. At 46% ABV, the concentrated distillate ensures brighter, more crystalline flavours awash with volatile aromatics. Created in honour of Reefton legend little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, gin-toting, 4 foot tall gold prospector.  Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand selection of small batch distilled gins with attitude.

Two Tones refers to the two kinds of cask used for the maturation of this blended whisky; European oak which formerly held New Zealand red wine & American white oak used exclusively for whisky.

Hector’s Premium Dry Gin is a luxuriously polished, New Zealand craft gin inspired by the Hector’s dolphin, one of the world’s rarest dolphins, found only around the coastlines of Aotearoa. That sense of rarity carries through in the spirit itself, with a remarkable botanical profile and a beautifully composed coastal character that feels elevated from the first pour. 

A classic London-dry base has been taken up several levels with native sea kelp, manuka, thyme, lemon myrtle, orange, and lavender. The gin balances its extensive array of botanicals perfectly, delivering a superbly structured profile.
