1919 Distilling - named for the year that New Zealanders stood up for their rights and voted down prohibition, the original gin (41% abv) is locally produced in their custom made still. Created using Otago cherries, manuka honey, organic lemons, and oranges, plus botanicals including juniper, orris root and cinnamon, this is a classic gin that celebrates old world charm, passion and charisma.

Distilled with raspberries and 100% Auckland grown strawberries this gin is sure to be a winner on a hot summer day.  The flavour profile is refreshing with a lingering flavour of strawberry, best served with a good tonic and a freshly sliced strawberry to garnish.

Small batch and hand-crafted from a secret family recipe, Rose Rabbit Butterscotch Liqueur is decadently sweet, with toasty, buttery notes married with robust Cardrona Single Malt. -Cardrona.

This gin is all about Chardonnay, which is combined here with classic and modern gin botanicals. These include juniper, lemon, lemongrass, cardamom, coriander, all beautifully balanced by the big body and weight of Chardonnay, hence the name Blanc de Blancs - white of whites. It’s code for great whites in the wine world and now too in the spirit one.

Wakame arrived in New Zealand coastal waters on the hills of ships and thrived on our pristine rocky coastline. We of course now know it as a delicious culinary ingredient with many positive health benefits. Imagination is stoked to be able to gather wild wakame for this gin from the coast of Wellington and Wairarapa.

The initial aroma is juniper forward, fresh and sweet. When tasted you get the refreshingness of the citrus before fading to reveal the juniper in the background. A noticeable sweetness appears giving way to a sweet salt finish. A classic dry gin with a contemporary twist, transporting you to New Zealand's fresh and invigorating coastal waters.

A wonderfully rich coffee vodka liqueur from Jumping Goat, which blends fair trade organic cold brew coffee with spices, spring water and New Zealand vodka! What's with the name? As the legend goes, renowned Ethiopian goatherd Kaldi was watching his goats nibbling coffee berries and jumping around, and was inspired to harvest them (the berries, of course) and make a delicious brew!

Tasting Notes: Super rich and chocolaty, with roasted coffee bean, warming spices and slightly bitter espresso.

To bring figment to fruition, they passionately craft a base of rich, Pure Single Rum to be re-distilled using a highly unorthodox method of vapour infusion to capture the delightfully unique botanical flavours & aromatics.

Roasted Dandelion & Burdock Root, Horopito, Mairehau, Orange Peel, Nutmeg, Pimento, Bay Leaf, Orris Root, Cacao Nib, Coffee Bean and Green Cardamom.

TASTING NOTES:
A sophisticated and complex spirit with light citrus top notes, layered over distinctive herbs and spices. There is a gentle heat on the palate which develops into an earthy, warm base.
The richness of our hand-crafted rum works in delightful tandem with the selected botanicals to create an unashamedly unique organoleptic experience. Mixologists will have plenty of opportunity to indulge their creative tendencies but on a simpler level, Lunatic and Lover Silver plays well with a good quality tonic or soda that allows its distinctive character to shine through.

The Reid Malt is a rich, full-bodied vodka; handmade, traditional. Crafted from three ingredients, malted barley, water and yeast. On the nose; notes of banoffee- biscuit from the malt, banana from the distinct long fermentation.

A marvelous a?ejo made from a blend of light and heavy molasses-based rums aged for a minimum of 8 years in charred American oak bourbon barrels. Angostura® 1919 rum possesses a rich, golden-amber hue with excellent clarity. The rum exudes a complex bouquet brimming over with aromas of cocoa, molasses, caramel and vanilla. It is remarkably soft and well rounded as the rum glides over the plate without a hint of harshness or biting edge.
