Yet again, a classic DVB bear-beer pun. The goals aside from fun and flavour? We wanted a sour beer that would be just as good for Winter as Summer. Cola seemed like a great direction for an abstract and fun challenge, so we got our thinking caps on and the result is an adult version of that familiar flavour we all know and love!

Colar Beer - Vanilla

Flavours: The same delicious cola nostalgia as Colar Beer, but dosed with just the right amount of lactose and vanilla. It's like a canned Ice Cream float!

Plaid 2 The Cone is a thoroughly good India Pale Ale made with US hops, with a nose like a big bouquet of citrus & melon, a dry lingering flintiness, assertively bitter hoppiness, and subtle sweetness.

Neon Haze Hazy IPA 6.5%

Plunge into the depths of this mighty West Coast IPA which is swirling with notes of grapefruit, lime, orange and pine from the Simcoe, Amarillo Cryo and Citra Cryo hops. Buoyed by a robust malt base, these zesty aromatics make this beer hit like a crashing wave before tapering off into a light, clean bitterness on the finish - hugely refreshing!

A Kiwi classic, Emerson’s Pilsner beautifully showcases Nelson grown Riwaka hops. It's overt fruitiness oozes citrus and passionfruit aromas and flavours, and begs comparison with Marlborough’s world-beating Sauvignon Blancs. The beer’s palate shows a hint of early malt sweetness but develops a lengthy dry finish.
