Our latest core range IPA is an aromatic and hoppy beer, revved up with Riwaka, Galaxy and Mosaic hops that impart a sweet citrus tang, spritzy tropical peach and passionfruit nose, and a cool, refreshing bitterness with every sip.
Crisp and delicious with a lean malt bill that really lets these hops hit like early Detroit techno!

We’ve jazzed up our popular sour barrel-aged beers with a hint of whisky, imparted by oak infused with the flavour of our very own single malt. This dry, tropical and juicy Xtra Pale Ale represents the unique and pure bonds between Hops, Malt and Yeast. In this beer we pay tribute to Idaho-7, Sabro and Nectaron hops where a massive boil-free, double dry hop addition delivers exceptional drinkability with a satisfying and hoppy finish.

Liberty Brewing Co. - Easy drinking designed to be quaffed.  Look at that golden colour & crisp white head glistening in the sun.  Now touch it to the tongue for some of the latest US hops.

It sounds Japanese but it's as American as having a BMI of 32. The Yakima Valley in Washington state, situated in the top left corner of the lower 48, is home to some of our favourite hop varieties, the tiny green flavour bombs that powered the whole craft beer renaissance from the get go. Liberty is what it smells like.

A sorbet sour that's truly a tropical refresher. Filipino calamansi (think mandarin meets lime) brings the zing, dragonfruit brings the glow, and a splash of hibiscus turns up the brightness. Tart, juicy, and refreshing.

They say its wings bring thunder and its eyes flash lightning, but the Thunderbird’s intensity is benevolent, its appearance a good omen. This bright IPA borrows its name to give a fresh retelling to a familiar story by keeping things lean, lucid and enlivening. Its dazzling tropical character comes thanks to modern hop varieties from North America, where these tales were first told.

If you hail from our region of this planet, then you’ll know exactly what this beer is about. If not, then you’re in for a wild, fruity, feijoa ride! Feijoa, lactose, vanilla, and a dash of cinnamon. Wild rides all around!
