City Limits is a new Cali IPA inspired by the easy-drinking, hop-forward beers we enjoyed on the West Coast of the US. We’ve made a super simple change by using just extra pale pilsner malt, Citra and Krush - two of our favourite hops right now - and a plain Joe yeast strain. This unobstructed approach allows the hops to pop right off and express themselves while keeping it easy and super breezy to drink. Bright beer, tight hops, forever sippable. Slip in, the water’s nice.

Combining forces, noggins, and brewhouses with our pals Fox Friday, we’ve gone and loaded this sud tube up with the freshest Simcoe®, Citra Cryo®, and hand-selected Motueka we could get our paws on. One recipe with 2 breweries expressing it in their own unique way. A big, pale, hazy juice bomb? That’s Us. A wickedly smooth hop-driven crispy ale? That’s Them.

A delicate dusting of icing sugar adds the perfect sweet finale, while a creamy boost of lactose rounds out the texture. An OG One Drop Berliner Weisse base with a novel blend of 2 different bacteria, a unique yeast strain, and a big dose of Aussie Raspberries and White Peaches. Expect a bold fruity hit and a gentle citrus-lacto tartness backed up with a sweet, full, fresh peachy flesh finish. Simple. Elegant. Yummo.
