Roasted pistachio lays down a nutty, almost savoury backbone. Ripe banana swirls through in thick, smoothie waves. White chocolate and coconut cream smooths it all out — soft, creamy and indulgent.

A slow, sunset-coloured pour made for after hours. Soft peach and apricot lead the way, followed by guava and mango sweetness, all sinking into a thick, plush body built on banana weight. Sweet-sour with a gentle tart pull, this one is smoothed out with added lactose, giving it a creamy, lingering finish that hangs around longer than planned.

Low lights, heavy fruit and just enough temptation - some things are better felt in the shadows.

You’re holding a can armed with no less than two and a third ripe pears - blitzed into one of our biggest, richest, fruit-driven sour bases yet. We’ve cranked every dial to oblivion: double the lacto, boosted ABV, and an utterly ridiculous fruit loading rate you could practically drown in. Massive fresh pear aromatics detonate on the nose before sliding into a silky, dense, ultra lush orchard-dessert finish.

Delta Dawn is a brand-new DIPA straight out of our R&D program. Taking inspiration from the hop-saturated ales we tried in the US, we’ve mashed this monster with extra-pale malt and over 50% oat adjuncts, providing a thick and luscious base for the 35 g/L dry hop to rest upon. Soulfully hopped with freshly landed, hand-selected Freestyle & Eggers hops from this year’s NZ harvest— Peacharine, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and world-favourite LiLy™—this is fresh hoppy ale at its finest, folks

The Long Run is made with our newest pal Dan at Mount Holly Beer in Vermont, USA. After meeting at NZ hop harvest and geeking out over NZ hops, brewing process, and the importance of water, Dan decided to fly home via Sydney and help us replicate something as close to the rolling green hills of Vermont as we can get. With a huge focus on water, we’ve done our best to replicate the soft, cloud-like aqua of the North East using our in-house RO water system, along with a metric bucket load of fresh NZ hop cones to complement this big, juicy, hop-to-face-smacking lupulin monster. Its different, in a freedom kind of way.

City Limits is a new Cali IPA inspired by the easy-drinking, hop-forward beers we enjoyed on the West Coast of the US. We’ve made a super simple change by using just extra pale pilsner malt, Citra and Krush - two of our favourite hops right now - and a plain Joe yeast strain. This unobstructed approach allows the hops to pop right off and express themselves while keeping it easy and super breezy to drink. Bright beer, tight hops, forever sippable. Slip in, the water’s nice.

This hazy is juiced with a touch of liquid Phantasm and a full-on stack of thiol-heavy hops built for maximum hype.

Hand-selected Nelson Sauvin and Peacharine from Freestyle Farms take the lead, backed up by Citra and Krush from our pals in the US of A. The result? A full sensory download of passionfruit, white wine and peach ring lolly chaos.

Spelt brings the thicc haze, our house yeast smooths it all out with soft, rounded esters, and your brain does the rest.

Get that glow on! Eggers Rakau and Krush come in first with a rush of punchy tropical fruit and ripe stonefruit depth, layered with Krush Cryo for amplified intensity and Citra for that unmistakable citrus lift.

Our house yeast and Clean Fusion process keep the profile sharp and focused, allowing mango, passionfruit, peach and bright citrus oils to shine with clarity and snap. It’s expressive, but controlled. Radiant, but refined.

Soft in body, explosive in aroma, and dialled with intention, this is a DDH IPA that glows long after the first sip - a wash of tropical heat and citrus sparkle that settles into a smooth, luminous finish.
