The rich, full-bodied flavor is derived from wheat. Carefully controlling the temperature during fermentation yields a mild malty sweetness with hints of clove and subtle fruity aromas, contrasting with a light sourness reminiscent of green apples. Pairs well with Japanese food like sashimi and simmered dishes, as well as bangers.

Colombia's national alcoholic beverage is Aguardiente and Cristal is produced with water from its own springs, treated and micro-filtered, which is one of the differentiating factors of this aniseed alcoholic beverage that results in the blend of fine and natural essential oils of anise and fennel.

Passage Rock Syrah is made from grapes sourced from Waiheke Island's oldest vines. Taieri George is named after the most important Emerson of all – Richard’s Dad. Not only was he a founding member of the Taieri Gorge Railway, he was also the brewery’s original Chief Beer Taster. He particularly enjoyed this drop, brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg and Otago clover honey. In his memory, we release this brew on his birthday. Here’s to you, George.

Pusser’s Overproof is a high-strength dark rum. While the rum is produced with the same blend of rums as the Original Admiralty strength, the final product is a potent blend best used as a ‘floater’ on top of cocktails including tropical and classic tiki drinks.

Doggo's Delight by Sudden Death Brewing from Germany and Vault City from Scotland is a Pastry Sour Ale. With an alcohol content of 6.0 % vol., this beer brings dessert character to the glass - inspired by a creamy peanut butter & jelly sandwich. Doggo's Delight shines deep purple in the glass and was brewed with blueberries, bananas and peanut powder. On the palate, the fruity acidity combines with a creamy sweetness and a soft texture. The peanut note adds depth and rounds off the taste to create a full, almost dessert-like experience - unusual, playful and extremely tasty.
