Pink Milk, strawberry Oat Cream IPA, brewed with a double dose of creamy lactose sugar, strawberry puree, dragonfruit, vanilla and careful blend of HBC1019, Galaxy, Luminosa and Sabro hops. Absurdly smooth and juicy sweet, balanced with strawberry, bubblegum, coconut and tropical fruit hops. Udderly delicious!

4.6% - Oak Foeder Sour

Our Wild Workshop house sour, a pristine blank canvas that invites creative possibilities. Fermented with Lactobacillus and our favourite saison blend, then conditioned in an oak foeder. Muse is a complex but refreshingly drinkable sour with a soft acidity and citrus aroma. Beautiful as it is in its ‘natural state’, or as the base for exploring syrup and flavour infusions. Free your astral form with this esoteric twist on the East Coast haze craze. Cosmic Balance fuses hazy double IPA with foeder aged Wild Workshop beer in a beautiful union of sweet and sour, where the elevated aromatics of Motueka, Citra & Talus fuse with cleansing juicy fruit tart flavours. Time to chill. California Cool, contemporary dry hopped California style pilsner. Clean pilsner malt and maize, dry hopped with a heavy handed dose of Citra, Riwaka and Simcoe. Crisp and quenchingly dry with a massive hit of clean citrus hops and delicate lemon sativa dankness. Stay Cool.

This special bottling supports the conservation of the endangered kārearea – the New Zealand falcon. The Cardrona Valley is one of New Zealand’s few nesting grounds for the kārearea, our only native falcon and our most threatened bird of prey.

The Kārearea Project is driven by our shared passion for protecting the environment and helping the kārearea thrive. In addition to our base annual financial commitment for the project we have selected this extraordinary cask of Cardrona Single Malt Whisky from our warehouse to sell in support of this important cause. 7.7% - Fruited Spontaneous Ferment Ale

Kyle Harrop from legendary Horus Aged Ales, squeezed in this collaboration (and a few rounds of disc golf with Dave) during a flying visit to New Zealand. Specially selected puncheon aged spontaneous beer, infused with organic Sultan, Satsuma and Billington plums picked on Roy Sunde's ‘Orchard’ disc golf course in Oratia. Tart, aromatic, colourful and utterly delightful. It’s an ace.

7.8% - Sunny Belgian Blonde Ale

Take a walk on the sunny side of the street. Brightside Belgian style blonde ale. A deceptively simple blend of Pilsner, candy sugar, Saphir hops and a special yeast strain creates a distinctly complex and deliciously drinkable golden ale with restrained spice, floral notes and a hint of bubblegum. Always look on the bright side.

Fermented with mixed cultures, aged in oak barrels and blended with a portion of aged sour stock, it’s an easy drinking farmhouse style ale with a subtle tart twist. A traditional brew that’s as refreshing now as it ever was.
