Nitro Brown Ale - 5.0%

Dr Pete’s Fortifying Brown Ale, brewed with ale, crystal, oat and chocolate malts, with just a touch of East Kent Goldings for the perfect balance of restrained bitterness and juicy Horlicks' sweetness, with hints of chocolate digestive and toasted hazelnut. Recommended for those suffering from NEIPA intolerance and IPA related hop fatigue. Now on nitro for an extra smooth proper pour. Good for what ales you.

7.0% - West Coast IPA

Where’s your head at? This is Resin Head. Crisp, bright West Coast style IPA, brewed with a careful blend of Chinook, Centennial, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe then finished with a shot of distilled hop oil. Sweet tropical fruit melds with punchy citrus and sticky hop resin top notes. What more could you want? Get your head in the game.

4.9% - Fruited Peach & Marigold Sour

A true celebration of the seasons. At its heart, one of our first mixed ferment sours, aged for over a year in a large oak foeder, then rested on the finest sun ripened Otago peaches harvested at the very tail end of summer. Aged again over the autumn and winter months before being infused with an addition of bright golden marigolds, packaged and conditioned in bottle. The result of this patient process is a lush, radiantly golden beer, both sour and sweet, bursting with sunny aromatic peach and floral notes. Enjoy now or in seasons to come.

4.2% - Hunt for the Wilderpeople 10th anniversary brew

New Zealand lager, brewed specially to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Taika Waititi’s Hunt for the Wilderpeople. Canterbury malts and a blend of Motueka and Nectaron hops create a crisp golden beer, with easy bitterness and a soft stone fruit character. Pretty majestical, aye?

7.4% - Bière de Garde

Brewed in the traditional Bière de Garde style of Northern France. Complex malt, subtle hopping and prolonged cold conditioning creates a smooth, clean malt forward ale, with a rich deep burnished bronze hue, a dense, tight white foam, subtle fruit ester and fresh baked bread crust aromatics.

7.7% - Belgian IPA

If IPA and Belgian Blonde had a lovechild. Houblonde, Belgian style IPA. Glowing golden blonde ale, fermented with Belgian yeast and then hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and NZ Cascade. Subtle floral, fruit and spice notes blend seamlessly with sauvignon blanc grape, fresh citrus and pine aromatics in a beer with juicy malt sweetness and balanced bitterness. You can have it all.

3.5% - Golden Mild

Look what we made. Chufty Badge, golden mild. Smooth, easy drinking English style ale with just a little twist. Pilsner and dark crystal malts paired with a novel American hop bill of Adeena and Lorien. Horlicks malt sweetness mixed with fresh mown hay, wildflowers, lemon and pine. It’s weird but it works. Big things sometimes come in little packages. cerveza, brewed with malt, maize and a twist of lime - specially fermented to give you all the crisp, clean bitterness and refreshing citrus character you’ve come to expect from a Mexican style lager, just without the alcohol.

Yup that’s right. Crisp flavour, without the booze so you can enjoy your cerveza every day.

Tiny, but mighty.

Our beloved flagship Hazy IPA brewed for the rad lot at Cardrona Ski Field. A combination of Rakau, Nectaron, Wai-Iti and Idaho 7 hops playfully bounce on a plump malt body. Giving notes of overripe nectarine, apricot and just a sprinkle of bitterness to keep you coming back for more.

11.4% - Saison Brewed with Japanese Plums and Perilla 

Named after the gentle ‘plum rain’ that falls in Japan as the ume harvest ripens, Tsuyu is a new take on the Saison style. Brewed with New Zealand Motueka, American Simcoe and Hallertau Blanc hops, Tsuyu is aged in freshly emptied New Zealand Chardonnay barrels and infused with ume plum and red shiso leaf. The result is a complex and fascinating fusion of East, West and South. Kanpai!

6% - Simcoe, Strata & Southern Cross Cali Pils

My turn. I Spy With My Little Eye Something Beginning With S. I’ll give you a hint. It’s green, and hoppy. Cali style dry hopped Pils, packed with Simcoe, Strata & Southern Cross hops in every form we could find, all in a crisp clean bright pilsner. Simply sensational.

4.0% - Fruited Peach Lager
