The first in our tattoo inspired ‘Toughie Sticker’ series - American Traditional, old school APA. Plump Autumn barley malt and a traditional touch of crystal creates the perfect canvas for US hop varieties Centennial, Amarillo and Simcoe in a beer loaded with juicy apricot stonefruit, punchy orange, tangerine and grapefruit bitterness balanced with caramel malt sweetness. 4.5% - Irish Red Ale

Time for an Irish farewell. Slán go fóill, easy going Irish Red Ale, brewed with crystal and a blend of malted, flaked and roast barley, tempered with just enough hop bitterness to bind and balance. So good it’ll leave you wanting more. Remember, it’s just goodbye for now.

San Francisco’s legends of lupulin, Cellarmaker, beam down to unleash an Interstellar Burst of hop forward flavour. Cold WCIPA, IPL, California Pils, call it what you like, cold fermentation and new Hāpi Research hop variety NZ05, Southern Cross, Peacharine and Mosaic, delivers massive luscious tropical fruit aromatics and crisp, clean, punchy bitterness.

It’s an esoteric twist fusing hazy double IPA with foeder aged Wild Workshop beer in a beautiful union of sweet and sour, where the elevated aromatics of Motueka, Mosaic & NZ Cascade fuse with rich tropical fruit and juicy tart citrus. 5.5% - Nelson Lakes Hazy IPA

Splash out with Hazy IPA, brewed with the pick of the Nelson Lakes Hop Harvest. Motueka, Cascade and Nelson Sauvin bring super juicy stone fruit and bright citrus top notes in a lush smooth hazy base that’s as refreshing as a moonlit dip. It’s naughty, but it’s nice.
