Sunrise Valley

Home & Away: A series of re-brews bringing some of our funnest overseas collaborations back to the Garage. 
For this release we bring you Sunrise Valley: originally brewed in Canton, Massachusetts with East Coast brewing legends Trillium, using a radical hop-free boil, and a massive dry hop addition of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops. Brinigng home the goodness.

Double Dry Hopped Hazy DIPA
8.0% ABV

Surrender to the Void, an outrageously decadent pitch black stout brewed using an enormous, complex malt bill and mounds of debaucherous adjuncts. What?s the Void up to now? Goodness, what a lot of cacao nibs and vanilla pods!? Are you sure you need all that? And what?s that? Peppermint candy!? ALL the peppermint candy! Oh Void, have you no restraint!

11.5% ABV

The latest release in our ongoing serious of foraged flower ferments. For this brew, freshly harvested whole bines were plunged into a light golden base wort, creating a spontaneous fermentation using only the yeast present on the hops. The beer was then allowed to age and develop for a year in oak barrels, before being infused with another dose of wet hops flown in straight from the harvest. The result of this brewery outing is a complex yet clean citrus-like sour, bursting with delightful fresh hop aroma.

4.8% - Silly Season Session IPA

‘Tis the season. Sleigh All Day - your silly season session IPA. All the Citra, Centennial, Strata and Mosaic you love in your West Coast IPA, with a slightly more sessionable strength, so you can enjoy even more festive fun. Intense grapefruit citrus, pineapple, hydro resin and a hint of Christmas tree pine. You’re sleighing it!

Mon P?tit Chou - a term of endearment in French. 

Translated literally it means ?my little cabbage?. Made from 100% Belgian malt and French grown Strisselspalt hops, this farmhouse style ale has a fresh sherbet aroma, and a refreshing dry, tart, palate with just a hint of orange. 

There are no cabbages in the beer, but there is a lot of love. 

A la tienne!

Saison / Farmhouse Ale - 5% ABV

Infused with a massive shot of concentrated Newground espresso and burnt Seville orange peel, then blended with four year old bourbon barrel aged beer. A rich, complex, bittersweet blend of bourbon vanilla oak, roasted malts, caramelised citrus peel and coffee. All hail the beast.

4.0% - Hoppy Ultra Low Carb

A unique beer, born of a pilgrimage across the USA and Australia to visit some of the world?s most exciting wild and sour breweries. In an act of characteristic openness and generosity, each brewery gifted a sample of their own ?house culture?, the collection of yeast and bacterial strains responsible for their beer?s unique flavour. From these gifts we produced 11 different barrels, then blended them with a barrel of our own house culture, creating a deliciously complex beer, with a restrained acidity and citrus fruit notes. A true celebration of brewing culture.

4.5% - Raspberry Yuzu Brewed Alcoholic Seltzer

We're brewed not blended - with a gluten free grain, real fruit and natural flavours. This delivers a sparkling clean, alcoholic seltzer with only 90 calories and less than 1g of sugar per can.

11.5% - Cherry, Chocolate & Coconut Decadent Dessert Stout

Surrender to the Void, an irregular series of outrageously decadent pitch black stouts brewed using an enormous, complex malt bill and mounds of debaucherous adjuncts. What?s The Void up to this time? Cherry, chocolate and coconut - well that does sound lovely, but don?t you think it rather a lot? What do you mean you're only getting started! Oh Void, have you no restraint!

8.0% - Mango & Raspberry Milkshake Sour

Grab a can and take your mouth to the dance floor. Mangoberry Tango - Mango and Raspberry Milkshake Sour, juicy sour with ripe red raspberries, balanced with sweet mango puree, vanilla beans and smooth creamy milk sugar. One sip will have your tastebuds dancing.

The monster hop has taken a new form. The same all-star cast of New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops, now shrouded in haze.

Juicy grapefruit, passionfruit and dank resin, fused in a swirling otherworldly Hazy IPA. The beast is back.
