Double IPA - 8.5% ABV

What is a table beer? 

Brewed to be lighter in alcohol, this sparkling farmhouse style ale has been aged in oak and lightly dry hopped with Wai-iti and Pacifica creating a beer that is dry, crisp and ever so slightly tart. It just might be the most refreshing thing you've put in your mouth. 

Great with food or for any time you feel like a thirst quenching beer without the heavy alcohol. Table, table here we come.

4.5% ABV

The Reid Malt is a rich, full-bodied vodka; handmade, traditional. Crafted from three ingredients, malted barley, water and yeast. On the nose; notes of banoffee- biscuit from the malt, banana from the distinct long fermentation.

44% ABV.

A crisp, bright Saison with a sunny disposition. Brewed with pilsner and rye malts and lightly spiced with White Pepper, Coriander and Meyer Lemon to bring a touch of sunshine, wherever you are.

Spiced Saison - 6.5%

A cheerful, upbeat little hazy. Brewed with plump, juicy NZ grown barley and oats and a choice selection of our favourite hops to produce a smooth, easy drinking beer, loaded with lush tropical fruit juice flavour and aroma. Delicious - pure and simple.

5.0% ABV.

Oud Bruin, the traditional brown ale of Flemish Belgium, here painstakingly recreated and lovingly tended by Dave Bell, our Wild Workshop brewer.  Prolonged ageing in wood with a blend of yeasts and Lactobacillus creates a beer bursting wit dark sour cherry and dried fruit flavours, topped off with coffee and chocolate notes.  Dark and complex, a little bit like our Dave.  

Ask not for whom the Bell toils, he toils for thee.

7.7% ABV.

Wild Central Otago Elderflower, hand-picked by our Cardrona team has been married with our rich Single Malt Spirit and lemon.  Top with bubbles for the perfect summer lunch cocktail. – Cardrona.

Triple hopped with Pacifica, Motueka, and Riwaka in increasingly lavish quantities throughout the boil, Trip Hop's bitter but balanced on a generous malt base.

Small batch and hand-crafted from a secret family recipe, Rose Rabbit Butterscotch Liqueur is decadently sweet, with toasty, buttery notes married with robust Cardrona Single Malt. -Cardrona.

Spicy Cucumber Dill Pickle Sour

We’re turning up the heat, and doubling down on dill. Say hello to Spicy Pickle Beer! A cucumber dill pickle sour, with a fiery twist.

Naturally kettle soured, infused with cucumber, dill, pickle spice and fired up with a generous mouthwatering addition of red hot chilli peppers.

Spicy, refreshing and disarmingly delicious. Crack a can and dial up the heat!

4.3% ABV.

7.2% - Raspberry & Plum Sour 

Sometimes life gives you another bite of the cherry. If you're really lucky though, you can have a second bite at all sorts of fruit. Two Bites, oak barrel aged beer, fermented with our own house culture and then ‘double dipped’ with second use raspberries and organic heritage plums for a deep, soft fruit flavour. Go on, have another bite.
