Offering the classic Speyside style, this 16 year Glen Moray selection from Cadenhead was fully matured in ex-bourbon barrels. An expressive and aromatic dram bursting with aromatic fresh fruits and plenty of ripe, pan-fried bananas. Fruity and fresh, there is a flavour of warm vanilla sponge and creme brulee throughout, finishing slightly musty, with cocoa powder and freshly ground cinnamon on pastries.

The Macallan Terra is part of the Speyside-based distillery's Travel Retail Quest Collection range launched in late 2017. This particular expression is drawn from first-fill sherry seasoned oak casks, with the casks made of European and American oak sourced from two respected family cooperages.

Nose: Fresh orange, brioche, coffee, sultana and walnut loaf.

Palate: Melted chocolate, dried apricot, toffee pennies and a touch of strawberry jam.

Finish: Baking spices and dried oak notes take shape on the finish.

A Speyside single malt from the Balmenach distillery bottled by the independent bottler Hart Brothers. It was bottled in October 2021 at a natural cask strength of 58,8% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release.

Oranges, sour candy and black fruit like brambles on the nose give way to a palate that is warming and creamy with mocha notes, nuts and light port aromas.

Glen Deveron is the name that the Macduff distillery uses for its official bottlings. 

The nose is brimming with orchard fruits and cereal leading to a palate of green apple and subtle peat notes.

Benromach - Made with heavily peated barley, our Peat Smoke is more intense than the subtle smoke of our 10 Year Old's pre-1960s Speyside character.  Yet it retains the Benromach fingerprint of elegant fruitiness with that gorgeous hint of chocolate.

Sweet vanilla, honey and cured meat aromas, hints of apricot and lemon combining with a beautiful subtle tobacco note.  There’s cracked pepper with sweet strawberry and orange flavours, a delicate hint of aniseed… combined with a lingering edge of bonfire embers.

This all-new single cask was selected by GlenAllachie's master blender Billy Walker, from an ex-Oloroso Hogshead. Matured for 13 years, the nose opens up with aromas of summer berries, hints of mocha and ginger and poached pears drizzled with butterscotch sauce. On the palate there are notes of cocoa dusted dried pineapple, grated cinnamon stick, boozy plum sauce, muscovado sugar and Manuka honey.

This special release from Benriach is the first expression in a century to be produced entirely using barley malted from Benriach's historic floor maltings. This whisky has been matured in both bourbon and virgin oak barrels. This brings out notes of barley sugar, almond fudge, orchard apples, vanilla and honeyed pear. A long lasting finish is full of malty notes.

Elevated over 15 years of maturation in European oak sherry casks and a process notable for its continuous movement, VAT 03 distinctly embodies the Glenfiddich pioneering spirit. Resulting from Solera VAT 3, this silky-smooth full-bodied whisky harmoniously combines warm notes of spice with hints of nutty marzipan and dark sherry oak. A satisfyingly rich and sweet Glenfiddich for connoisseurs.

Colour - Golden with reddish hue.

Nose - Intriguingly complex aroma with sweet heather honey and vanilla fudge combined with rich dark fruits.

Taste - Silky smooth, revealing layers sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full bodied and bursting with flavour.

The finish is satisfyingly rich with lingering sweetness.

A sherried Glenfiddich originally released for the distillery's travel exclusive Perpetual collection, this single malt was aged in Spanish Sherry casks. Intriguingly, only half the whisky in the vat is bottled before it's refilled with fresh spirits, in the style of classic Spanish sherry soleras, meaning there is always a well-balanced mix of well-aged and young whisky.

Polished leather, freshly-baked fruitcake, bittersweet marmalade, and toasted oak on the nose.

The palate is silky, sweet, and spicy, with peppery fresh oak, cigar box, and well-toasted bread.
