Hibiki was created to be the paragon of the Suntory blend.  The name Hibiki literally means "resonance" in Japanese, and reflects the Suntory Corporate philosophy to "live in harmony with people and nature."

Nose:  Rose, Lychee, hint of rosemary, mature woodiness/sandalwood

Palate: Honey like sweetness, candied orange peel, white chocolate

Finish: Subtle and tender long finish, hint of Mizunara (Japanese Oak)

Double matured Dalwhinnie here. This addition to the 2022 Distillers Edition sees the Highland single malt matured in oloroso seasoned American oak casks, which brings a touch of tropical notes to this whisky.

Yoichi Single Malt is distilled at the Yoichi Distillery, Nikka's first distillery built in 1934. The founder Masataka Taketsuru chose the town of Yoichi in Hokkaido because of the similar environmental conditions to Scotland, where he learned whisky-making (more specifically at the Speyside distillery of Longmorn).

This experssion was released in 2016 as a permanent product that truly captures the authentic style of Yoichi malts, when all age-statements were discontinued. Vatting various different malt whiskies together, this bottling expresses a delicate balance between peaty, smoky and fruity aromas.

1919 Distilling - Named for the year that New Zealanders stood up for their rights and voted down prohibition.

This is the first limited release in The Kiwiana Collection from 1919, Pineapple Bits based on the original 1950's recipe from Oamaru.

The Doyenne is a gin at the top of its field, flavoured with coconut, lime and lemongrass with pronounced fresh flavours. The Doyenne is fabulous with ice and fresh lime, even a dash of lime soda goes well.

The column distillation and maturation process takes place in Trinidad, the southernmost island of the Caribbean.STOLEN White Rum matures for a minimum of two years in individually chosen charred American oak bourbon barrels. An opulent blend of the finest spirits aged for 8 to 15 years. Where Eclipse is floral and fruity, Extra Old blends significantly older barrels of mainly double pot distillates that have rounded these crisper notes into a subtler balance. It exudes the finesse that only time can bring and offers a true taste of paradise from the rum that invented rum.

Master of Malt - Jim Murray describes this as oily with a sweet and spicy flavour. Mellow Corn is distilled at the Heaven Hill distillery.

Cherry Eau De Vie

As a 4 year old, little wood is evident in its flavour. Instead it shows its cereal roots and a foxy quality from its wild yeast strain. This gives Jim Beam White a uniqueflavour not apparent in other Beam products. The colour is a nice, balanced amber, more red than orange. The nose is slightly perfumy.
