Stunning complex single malt from the awesome Aberlour Distillery, one of the smallest in Scotland's prolific Speyside region. This expression has enjoyed its maturation in a combination of Oloroso sherry casks and first-fill American oak casks. Dig in to all those fruity, spicy sherried notes that you're familiar with from Aberlour, paired with decadent helpings of rich, creamy vanilla. Highly ideal for somewhat chilly evenings, this one.

Nose: Big aromatics on this one with cloves, cardamom and camphor, and then comes a wave of sweeter notes like toffee, milk chocolate and orange rind.

Palate: Full texture, round and creamy, with sweet dark cherries, fudge, and mocha coffee with a refreshing minty breeze.

Finish: Quite long with lingering honey and wood spice.

"Crafted in a small Mexican town, amidst the highest peaks of the Jalisco Highland mountains, every step of our tequila making process is meticulously done the right way at Destilería Teremana de Agave. The jimadores harvest fully mature naturally sweet agave, we then slow roast them in small traditional brick ovens, and distill in handmade copper pot stills. This creates a bright flavorful tequila that honors the land it comes from.

Michter’s whiskeys are proudly all made in Kentucky. They are all single barrel or very small batch. Michter’s takes a “Cost Be Damned” approach to theproduction of every barrel, including: 1. Air drying the wood used in its barrels, up to 36 months. 2. Toasting barrels prior to charring them so the natural sugar in the wood comes to the surface. 3. Using a low barrel-entry strength of 51.5% ABV rather than the industry standard 62.5%. 4. Heat cycling: heating the warehouse gradually in winter then opening the windows to let it cool again, so the whiskey ages during the frigid winter months. 5. Adopting the best individual filtration technique for each whiskey rather than using the same filtration method for all their whiskeys. Ocho is the first tequila to designate both the year it was produced and the precise field from which the family grown agaves were sourced. Each batch comes from a differentfield or rancho contributing distinctive characteristics of that place. The blue agave takes about 10 years to grow, so there can be no more tequila from that field for another decade, making each vintage rare and collectible. The Blanco is unaged.

Created by master distiller Arturo Fuentes and master blender Alejandro Garcia P?ez using blue agave which has matured for at least 6 years. Golden straw in colour with a balance of vanilla and wood on the nose. Cenote reposado is aged fro 3 months in American oak barrels, delivering a round, harmonious palate of vanilla, wood and spice.

This Caribbean Rum has been spiced and infused using a secret selection of spices to deliver a Rum that has notes of cinnamon and vanilla while encapsulating a distinctive smoothness.

Calle 23 (pronounced Kai-Yay 23) tequila is the result of a journey started in 2003 by French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq. Sophie’s patience and passion drove her to create a tequila that could first of all satisfy her own palate, then the palates of potential aficionados. Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Highland tequilas are known for their sweetness. Sophie distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Añejo) using combinations of different yeasts. This is very unusual. The Reposado is 100% agave and is rested in ex-bourbon oak casks for 8 months.

The continuous distillation and maturation process takes place in Trinidad, the southernmost island of the Caribbean. STOLEN Gold Rum matures for a minimum of four years in individually chosen charred American oak bourbon barrels.

 A selection of light and heavy molasses-based rums are then carefully blended by hand. The result is a golden amber hue with butterscotch and cinnamon spice aromas on the nose with a smooth and buttery finish in the mouth.

Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is a highly aromatic, rich and (yes) spicy gin with great power and intensity. First, we took our base botanicals and upped the amount of Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon. Then we added an exotic West African spice called Grains of Paradise. This is one of the most unusual spices in the world, with clove and sichuan characters. But although very powerful, the spice tends to glow rather than become hot.

Glenfiddich Fire & Cane is a bold fusion of smoky and sweet notes. By marrying peated whisky and malts matured in bourbon barrels, and then finishing in Latin rum casks, we created an exquisite whisky with campfire smokiness and toffee sweetness.

Fire & Cane is inspired by the early innovation of Glenfiddich Malt Master Brian Kinsman, who in 2003, first ran peated spirit through the Glenfiddich stills, birthing the concept of what would become the innovative Experimental Series.

As the fourth expression of the Experimental Series, Fire & Cane fuses the brand?s smoky whisky with malts that had been maturing side-by-side in bourbon casks, showcasing Glenfiddich?s sweet and fruity signature style. Taking it a step further, all of the whiskies were finished in Latin rum casks to produce a surprising overlay of added caramel toffee sweetness.

Here we have an absolute classic Speysider from a long-time family-owned distillery. This 25 year old single malt from Glenfarclas spent its days in 100% Oloroso sherry casks. It?s complex and delicately sherried, a whisky that?s sure not to disappoint. It won gold at the 2019 International Spirits Challenge and makes a great after dinner treat. Awesome.

Nose: A touch of menthol. Classic Sherry notes, less pronounced than the 15 year old perhaps, but the complexity is greater.

Palate: Incredibly clean central palate, but amazingly tangy. Really zingy top notes. Sherry and creamy barley, hints of gingerbread and nutty chocolate.

Finish: Very, very long and complex finish, oak-rich, hints of smoke, cocoa, buttery...

The biggest and peatiest of Ardbeg's "core" range. The nose is creamy and a little fruity - then the peat bursts through in a massive cloud of iodine and smoke. The palate starts out sweet, with with hot-buttered, toasted sultana bread, bittersweet caramel and burnt honey. It dries out towards the finish, ending with salty ash, dried beef and szechuan pepper.

Double matured in ex-bourbon and Spanish oak casks.  Intense and balanced, with a hint of sea air.
