Sprung from the harmonious marriage of apple juice and Calvados, the Pommeau de Normandie is flaming like autumn in the Pays d'Auge. It is a soft with character. The sweetness of the apple and the calvados aged in oak casks makes it an original aperitif and dessert wine. 

Calle 23 (pronounced Kai-Yay 23) tequila is the result of a journey started in 2003 by French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq. Sophie’s patience and passion drove her to create a tequila that could first of all satisfy her own palate, then the palates of potential aficionados. Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Highland tequilas are known for their sweetness. Sophie distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Añejo) using combinations of different yeasts. This is very unusual. The Blanco is a 100% agave tequila, which reflects the purest expression of the pure agave flavour.

Cadrona - The Source Gin is forged by the four seasons that blow through the Cardrona Valley, Southern Alps, New Zealand. A natural matrix of locally foraged rosehip, together with traditional juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon and orange zest, vapour-distilled into our Single Malt Spirit. We refuse to chill-filter to deliver you full flavour and character. Because THE SOURCE is non-chill-filtered, you will notice the spirit clouds with dilution or when cold - a mark of distinction for this very rare and special drop.

Citadelle Gin has a delicate and fragrant nose of fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and cinnamon. After a few moments, stronger, more herbaceous aromas of anise, grains of paradise and cinnamon develop in a most remarkable way. The appetizing bouquet is reminiscent of gardens in springtime. On the palate, juniper gives way to a voluptuous complexity redolent of fresh flowers, leading into an elegant, round and highly refined finish.The 19 botanicals are infused for 72 hours, three days in which the Citadelle body is shaped and takes all its aromatic notes. This is the introductory release from The Balvenie Stories range! These releases all give light to events and people in Balvenie's past and present - this one, for example, takes inspiration from apprentice malt master Kelsey McKechnie and her idea to import virgin oak barrels from Kentucky and deeply toast them at the distillery's cooperage. They were then filled with Balvenie's ex-bourbon oak aged whisky for a finishing period, resulting in this fine dram.

Nose: Lusciously malty with some sweet fudge, followed by citrusy and oak vanilla aromas with layers of spicy oak notes of ginger and cinnamon.

Palate: Candied orange and lemon peel, vanilla toffee and butterscotch, layers of blossom honey, some melted brown sugar and oak spices at the end.

Finish: Rich and malty with gentle waves of oak vanilla and subtle spices.

National Distillery - Inspired by a classic, Juniper led London dry gin bouquet, a supporting duo of lemon peel and native New Zealand flax seed, The National Distillery Company's Verdigris is an approachable, easy-drinking dry gin and a great all-rounder.

 Traditional pine and citrus notes are embellished and guided to a deeper place by the unctuous, yet finely structured tones of New Zealand Orris roots.

Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla gin is a unique distilled Gin made with the natural flavours of Seville oranges and orange blossom; other natural flavouring, colours and other fine botanicals.  Inspired by Charles Tanqueray's original recipes, the secret of this spirits lies in the uniquely bittersweet and zesty taste of Seville oranges balanced with the complexity of a Tanqueray London Dry Gin.

Nose: Intense vanilla, dry buttery toffee and subtle cinnamon notes

Taste: Warm spices of cinnamon & nutmeg with rich vanilla.  A long dry finish balanced with a subdued sweetness and a hint of burnt toffee Adding spices to rum is an old sailor's tradition.  Those first rums were crude and harsh, so seamen would blend and mix in any spices they had on hand to improve the rum's flavor.  Today the harshness is no more, but the art of spicing rum is alive and well.

Kilchoman - Machir Bay, named after the isle of Islay’s most spectacular beach, is a vatting of Kilchoman whisky matured in both bourbon and sherry casks. The high proportion of bourbon barrels creating a distinct balance of classic Islay character and fresh floral complexity.

The Lasanta was extramatured in Spanish oloroso sherry casks following a minimum of ten years in ex-bourbon casks. In Gaelic, Lasanta means warmth and passion, and this refers to the key notes of toffee, raisins and walnuts. Upon further nosing and tasting, rich undertones of sultanas, oranges and chocolate emerge, with the dessert sherry wood showing its worth. 

Nose - Like the most delicious dessert menu imaginable, Lasanta taunts the senses with chocolate covered raisins, honeycomb and smooth caramel toffee. Citrus notes clear the way for the crispy burnt sugar and melting softness of creme brulee to be replaced by the rich aroma of rum and raisin ice cream

Palate - The full, sweet flavour typical of Spanish sherry with sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butter toffee. The bite of hazelnut tasted through a chocolate coating, spice notes and hints of leather add the overwhelming sense of richness
