An excellent blend of rums aged for up to 8 years in white oak casks that previously held scotch whisky and bourbon. Dried fruit and spice on the nose leads to a plate of further dried fruits and vanilla.

With its roots going back to 1788, Smith & Cross and its partners became prominent handlers of Jamaica rum, with extensive cellars along the banks of The River Thames. Throughout the 19th century and into the early 20th century, Jamaica Rum became revered for its deep, full flavours and pleasing aromas. This rum represents the distinctively flavourful and aromatic style that made Jamaican rum famous.

Very aromatic and complex with notes of pipe tobacco, dark chocolate, winter spices, hints of dark fruit, as well as fried banana, a little suggestion of foam banana sweets too!
The palate is thick and rich, massive spice notes carrying forth suggestions of dark fruit, prune, plum wine, vanilla, cedar, unlit cigars, calves leather and musty orange peel.
Long and very warming on the finish, with notes of caramel and pepper on the tail.

Marvellous gin from Normandy, made using a base of French wheat spirit, complemented by the likes of juniper, orange peel and orris. Post distillation, the producers also add a hint of apple essence, helping to bolster the gin's fruity flavour profile.

This Tamnavulin from Cadenhead has spent 14 years maturing in a small selection of ex-bourbon barrels. Aromas of juicy stone fruits soaked in syrup, fresh pineapple, peaches and grapefruit kick off this summery feeling dram. Zesty lemons with banana cake covered in caramel buttercream arrive on the palate. Finally, warm fruits, flat cola and chocolate biscuits come through to finish.

Unlike Bourbon or Rye, which, by definition, must be aged in new oak barrels, the US*1 Unblended American Whiskey is aged in a way that utilizes whiskey-soaked barrels to achieve a rich and unique flavor profile. Crucially, the US*1 Unblended American Whiskey never contains grain neutral spirits – hence its “unblended” distinction.

Nose: Polished oak, buttery corn and a kick of caraway spiciness.

Palate: Wonderfully creamy on the palate, boasting notes of butterscotch, golden syrup and sultanas.

Finish: Corn appears again, with peach and apple alongside it.

This limited release gin is a showcase of what juniper can deliver.

With lifted pine resin and fresh citrus leaping out of the glass; bright floral notes and earthy undertones add complexity. This is a real juniper lovers gin.

Named after a sea beast of myth and legend, The Kraken is unique Caribbean black spiced rum. Enriched with exotic spice notes of ginger, cinnamon and clove. Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru, meaning best growth, is a small-batch gin that celebrates the most vibrant and aromatic citrus in the world. In southeast Spain, where the finest Murcian lemons, mandarins and sweet Navel oranges grow, we work closely with local suppliers and farmers to sustainably source the most exquisite citrus for our Premier Cru Gin. During the late seasons annual harvest, using techniques passed down through generations, our dedicated suppliers and farmers handpick and hand-peel each fruit at its most ripe and allow them to dry naturally under the Mediterranean sun, capturing only the brightest, most aromatic citrus oils that harvest has to offer.

Four waves: citrus, cardamom, cinnamon, and the piquancy of horopito.

On the nosing you are blinded by a flash-bang of orange, cardamon and a hint of cordite. When tasting, the gin bursts through your trap peppering you with sustained, accurate heat that gives way to a body of cardamom and cinnamon. The finish has a zesty orange citrus.
