Curiosity Gin – Curious Dry (700ml, 40% alc/vol)
Curious Dry is the world’s only gin made using only New Zealand native botanicals. Wild harvest Kawakawa and Horopito (Bush Pepper), Manuka and urban foraged Tarata (Lemonwood) make a perfectly balanced London Dry style gin with a distinctly NZ taste and deliver a curiously good G&T.
A classical dry gin with a bright herbaceous freshness, Curious Dry delivers what the traditional gin drinker expects with a quintessentially Kiwi flavour.
Perfect served in a traditional G+T garnished with a wedge of lemon. Curious Dry is also perfect to deliver a Kiwi twist to any traditional gin cocktail!

Unit price perFounded in 2006, Aviation gin takes its name from the Aviation cocktail, which was created in the 1900s. The gin takes a Dutch style rye spirit base combined with with juniper, lavender, anise, sarsaparilla, orange peel and cardamom, and the botanicals are steeped in grain spirit for 48 hours before they are redistilled. A pretty intriguing tipple, with a very handsome Gatsby-esque bottle. A fabulous gin to go its eponymous cocktail, though we wouldn't suggest you wing it. (Geddit?) Crisp notes of juniper on the nose alongside delicate floral sweetness, parma violets, a touch of citrus peel and some green vegetal notes in there too, with a pinch of spice. Wonderfully spicy notes on the palate, more prominent than on the nose, cardamom shining through and a scattering of cinnamon, with floral notes continuing. Spices linger though the finish, along with the return of citrus peel. 700mL 47%ABV

Unit price perWild Turkey 101 is a 101 proof (50.5% alcohol) bourbon that is a marriage of primarily 6-, 7-, and 8-year-old bourbons. Jimmy Russell notes that unlike some of its competitors, "Wild Turkey 101 has an exceptionally gentle and rich aroma for a high-proof bourbon, thanks to quality at all stages of its production." At first taste, 101 is rich with vanilla and caramel, with notes of honey, brown sugar, and a hint of tobacco. Its high proof contributes to its bolder flavor. Wild Turkey 101 is the benchmark in bourbon, best enjoyed neat or on the rocks. It?s also excellent in more sophisticated cocktails.

Unit price perThe Tobermory Distillery is found on the Isle of Mull on the way to Skye from Islay and the whiskies made here reflect this island location with coastal, maritime, saline hints. The distillery produces two different, but equally alluring, single malts: the fruity, non-peated Tobermory and the more robust and smoky Ledaig. This expression slumbered peacefully in American oak casks for a dozen years before being bottled at 46.3% ABV.

Unit price perA fantastic treat from the Plantation range originally created by the company's cellar master Alexandre Gabriel and drinks historian David Wondrich for Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans in 2015. To make it, they infuse the rinds of Queen Victoria pineapples in their white rum for a week then distil it, and infuse the fruit of the pineapples in dark rum for three months. These are married together and left to age in casks for three months. Pineapple deliciousness galore!
Also, if you're wondering about the name, it comes from the character Reverend Stiggins in Pickwick Papers, whose favourite drink was 'pineapple rum'.
Nose: Honeydew melon, cola cubes and a hint of Jamaican ginger cake. Pineapple notes are authentic, but not overblown.
Palate: Spiced molasses tart and crumbly shortbread. Pineapple lends juicy and slightly earthy elements. Cassia spiciness develops.
Finish: Vanilla, lemon, mango and spearmint.

Unit price perA smooth dry style overlaid with caramel and liquorice notes.Method of Production : Made from 80% corn, 12%rye and 8% malt, a small beer is made that distills once, giving thewhiskey weight. A doubler under the still re-distils vapour from thebeer heater giving softness to the spirit. Filtering slowly through 10feet of maple charcoal takes fusel oils from the whiskey and addssmokiness. Barrel maturation in American oak smooths the spirit, addingcaramel tones. It is the charcoal filtration method that makes thisTennessee whisky.
The top rated Gin at the last Gin tasting held at Regional. It's decidedly Mediterranean in style, with interesting botanicals like olive and saffron. This is probably one of the best gins ever made to use in a dirty martini. Snap it up now!
