Made for Hanging Ditch, a local Wellington hideaway, this collaboration gin was made citrus forward for a smooth finish to your classic Negroni.

IMAGINATION - Rhubarb and Raspberry gin is inspired by the New Zealand summer which is when both of these ingredients are at their best.  We gently extract the juice from the rhubarb and raspberries and blend of it with a dry gin designed specifically for this recipe.  The floral aroma of orris root is prominent on the nose with juniper, coriander and manuka maintaining the delicate piney heart of this gin.  Whole New Zealand navel oranges and lemons create a citrus complement to the fruity base with cinnamon, licorice and the orris root ensuring a surprisingly sweet spice finish.

After shredding, the agaves are fermented in an open tank and then distilled in copper pot stills. Teremana Reposado Tequila matures in former bourbon barrels and is bottled at 80 proof.The name means "spirit of the earth"--TERE from the Latin word for "earth" and MANA from the Polynesian word for "spirit."

Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey pioneered by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth.

Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor.

Islay is mostly known for big, peaty, smoky whisky. Well, Bowmore is a little more dialled back, making it a balanced whisky featuring all those things you love about Islay, just in a more subtle way.Drink with: A splash of water if required.Established in 1779, Bowmore is the oldest legal distillery on Islay and one of the earliest in all Scotland. Located geographically and stylistically between the gentle whiskies to the north and the more powerful malts to the south of the island, Bowmore possesses a balance that ever-intrigues whisky aficionados. The malt is peated for a shorter period than with the stronger Islays, and the use of around a third of the casks for maturation being oloroso sherry contributes to its aromatic complexity and finesse. The past few years have seen Interest in Bowmore grow astoundingly.?

IMAGINATION - Distilled in an 8 plate fractionating column still.  Juniper and coriander are complemented by the leafy earthiness of manuka to create the heart of this gin.  Whole New Zealand oranges and lemons add a refreshing citrus aroma and cinnamon and licorice leave a sweet lingering spice finish.

El Jimador - There’s no rush when it comes to el Jimador Añejo. It means ‘aged’ in Spanish and we’re proud to call it the best expression of el Jimador we’ve ever made. We double distill the finest blue Weber agave and then mature it in American oak barrels for 12 months to craft this award-winning tequila. It’s rich, full-bodied and packed with deep spice flavors like cinnamon. Pour it slow and savor every sip.

Distilled with raspberries and 100% Auckland grown strawberries this gin is sure to be a winner on a hot summer day.  The flavour profile is refreshing with a lingering flavour of strawberry, best served with a good tonic and a freshly sliced strawberry to garnish.

Wild Turkey 101 is a 101 proof (50.5% alcohol) bourbon that is a marriage of primarily 6-, 7-, and 8-year-old bourbons. Jimmy Russell notes that unlike some of its competitors, "Wild Turkey 101 has an exceptionally gentle and rich aroma for a high-proof bourbon, thanks to quality at all stages of its production." At first taste, 101 is rich with vanilla and caramel, with notes of honey, brown sugar, and a hint of tobacco. Its high proof contributes to its bolder flavor. Wild Turkey 101 is the benchmark in bourbon, best enjoyed neat or on the rocks. It?s also excellent in more sophisticated cocktails.
