The oldest of three Royal Brackla single malts launched in 2015. Distillation at Royal Brackla is slow, with plenty of reflux and this whisky is matured in Oloroso Sherry casks. The result is a rich whisky with notes of dark chocolate, anise and sweet summer berries.
The Tullibardine 15 Year Old has arrived! The Highland distillery reopened in 2003, and this is one of the most well-aged releases to date. Seeing as it was matured entirely in first-fill bourbon casks, there's lots of creamy, honeyed influence to be found in this one.
Nose: Barley sugar and delicate florals, with apple crumble and custard.
Palate: Lots of honeyed malt, with creamy porridge and berry jam along with fresh sponge cake.
Finish: Caramelised nuts, spicy oak and mango curd.

Unit price perThe Edradour 10 is bursting with aromas of fresh vanilla pod and a hint of sulphur, creme caramel, and the palate carries bitter almonds, pepperment chocolates and a dry vanilla'd finish. Unlike its bigger production neighbours, Edradour rely on word-of-mouth of whisky connoisseurs - and because of this they have become one of the most-visited distilleries in Scotland.Their whiskies are a great all-rounder - an ideal dram for a newcomer as well as the collecter that has 200 drams in their cabinet.
GlenDronach have released another sumptuous single malt that has enjoyed a rest in Port casks. This particular expression is a 10 year old whisky, initally aged in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks before being finished in Port pipes from Portugal's Douro valley.
From the distillery.
This exquisite single malt has been crafted from a combination of unpeated and peated spirit and four cask matured for at least twenty one years in bourbon barrels, sherry casks, virgin oak casks and Bordeaux red wine casks. During long maturation Benriach’s sweet Speyside smoke mellows and integrates with the fruit, malt and oak. After twenty one years, rich layering develops into an elegant honey smoke, enriched through multi-layered cask maturation. The whisky from each cask type, imbued with particular flavour characteristics, is then expertly married together to create a rich and elegant single malt, layered with lush orchard fruit and toasted pine wood with a honey smoke finish. All in perfect balance.

Unit price perStraddling the line bewteen Highland and Lowland Malts - the distillery is in the Highlands, but the warehouse is in the Lowlands. They also reckon they have the slowest distillation in Scotland - grab a bottle and see what slow distillation tastes like. Glengoyne 10 is a lightish, fruit and nut style whisky - they type that will please everyone, but might not blow the socks off a hardened Islay drinker (but that's why we have Ardbeg). Matured in sherry and refill sherry, and bottled at 40%;
A classic expression of Glen Grant's style, this 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch shows pleasant notes of orchard fruit, almond and citrus accompanied by subtle notes of apple pie crust and caramel. The finish lingers with fruit and subtle hints of spice.

Unit price perAn exciting new limited edition release from the Ardnamurchan distillery sees their peated and unpeated whisky matured in a medley of ex-sherry casks. The reddish, mahogany colour shows the woods influence, offering up both sweet and savoury tones with flavours of salted peanut brittle, sticky spare ribs and rich raisin slice. A complex and gentle coastal peat smoke pokes through at times, with notes reminiscent of old fireplaces and sea-side tarry rope.

Unit price perThis is the core expression of 10 year old Ballechin single malt Scotch whisky, which is heavily peated whisky from Edradour. It has been named for the silent Ballechin distillery near the Edradour distillery. Releases under the Ballechin name from Edradour were previously presented as part of The Discovery Series, many of which were matured in different types of casks, including Sherry, bourbon and a selection of wine casks. This 10 year old expression, however, comes from a combination of ex-Oloroso Sherry and ex-bourbon casks.
Nose: Oily malt, whiffs of burnt ends and BBQ char, a few touches of apple and fig.
Palate: Chewy dates and oak, with smouldering peat bringing spicy heat to the palate.
Finish: A hint of ash sticks around on the finish.
Three legendary Highland Park Whisky Makers have collaborated in this latest HP limited edition - Gordon Motion, Max McFarlane and John Ramsay.
The trio hand selected three principal cask types to explore the influence of wood and cask seasoning on the flavour and character of our whisky.
First-fill sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and first-fill bourbon barrels and hogsheads were combined and a small number of refill casks added to provide a degree of softness to the whisky’s final flavour.
The "deep russet coloured spirit is said to have aromas of 'Seville oranges, coriander seeds, crème brûlée, cloudy honey, lightly peated with a hint of rose'. On the palate, it is said to have notes of “orange peel, apricots, cumin, vanilla and light smoke”.
Highland Park - The 16 year old Wings of the Eagle is a celebration of Orkney’s wild island climate. Its spicy and elegant character reveals a sophisticated combination of flavours, layered as intricately as the feathers of an eagle’s wing.
