New Zealand Single Malt

Pokeno Revelation celebrates our unique place in the world. First we carefully select and blend parcels of stock which have been fully matured in first fill bourbon and New Zealand Red Wine casks from one of our favourite wineries. We then lay these back down in cask to allow them to marry perfectly together. It is a sweet and smooth whisky, with beautiful notes of mango, grapefruit, strawberry bonbons, lychee and sherbet, which combine for a sweet and smooth taste of summer.

Introducing Allier. A celebration of NZ single malt whisky and one of the most important French Oak forests: Allier. 

This whisky is made from unsmoked New Zealand grown malted barley and has been matured in a second fill wine cask from the Allier forest, central France. Initial grape notes from the wine have been pulled off in the first fill. What’s left, and what has been imparted is beautifully smooth, balanced, and compliments the malty NZ whisky.

The bottling is giving generous notes of pain aux raisin, dark chocolate, custard, hazelnut.

Made from 100% New Zealand grown malted barley, smoked using Manuka wood, and distilled through a hand beaten copper pot still, it’s our Manuka Smoke release in its youth. This ‘work in progress’ bottling offers natural smoke, cinnamon, clove, and Manuka oils.No chill filtering

Hand crafted with delicious whisky, ginger, bay leaf and pure local honey, Tommy is a smooth liqueur with a bold kick. Every sip brings a balance of sweet and spice - perfect for cozy nights or refreshing days. Enjoy it your way - garnish with a squeeze of lemon or lime, served hot or cold.

Tasting Notes include: Candied ginger, smooth whisky, honeysuckle and cinnamon spice.

Find sea air and caramelised fruits on the nose, followed by red berries, apricot and spice on the palate. In place of an age statement the infinity symbol marking this bottling is symbolic of the marriage of casks.

Two Tones refers to the two kinds of cask used for the maturation of this blended whisky; European oak which formerly held New Zealand red wine & American white oak used exclusively for whisky.

This gin is all about Chardonnay, which is combined here with classic and modern gin botanicals. These include juniper, lemon, lemongrass, cardamom, coriander, all beautifully balanced by the big body and weight of Chardonnay, hence the name Blanc de Blancs - white of whites. It’s code for great whites in the wine world and now too in the spirit one.

Heavy botanical style craft gin. Juniper, lemon, lemongrass, cardamom and coriander ? all delicious flavour tones, uniquely decipherable, that hum together with nowhere to hide.

Pondering early rock n? roll, they thought, a few rudimentary instruments working together sound great ? so they worked with the basics to get some robust tones going, then turned up the volume. This stripped back approach is how they created Victor Gin.
