Unit price perThe Glenlivet - This whisky has been called a lot of things in its time: smooth, fruity, complex, sophisticated, entertaining, classic. The Original Malt Whisky Almanac says: “A first-class malt. One of the most popular malts in the world – deservedly so.” Representing The Glenlivet’s signature style, this classic malt is first matured in traditional oak, before spending time in American oak casks which impart notes of vanilla and gives the whisky it’s distinctive smoothness. The mineral-rich water that comes from Josie’s Well helps form the flavours during mashing and fermentation, whilst the specific height and width of the copper stills add a delicate yet complex character. Keep a bottle on hand for every occasion.
Well-balanced and fruity, with strong pineapple notes
Part of the Secret Speyside Collection, this sumptuous single-malt whisky has been maturing for three decades. Braes of Glenlivet is exactly the kind of distillery that the series was made to showcase: underappreciated and sublime. This expression demonstrates its qualities nicely!
Aged in American oak barrels and hogsheads and distilled in 1989, before the distillery changed its name to Braeval.

Unit price perFrom Dufftown on the banks of the River Fiddich, The Singleton of Glendullan is, much like House Tully, a product of the Riverlands – just with a lower-case 'r'. A sweet and fruity dram, this single malt is heaving with vanilla, chocolate and cereal notes, all lifted by a lively spice.
Loch Lomond Group - Named after an island rich in meadow and woodland, our 18 Year Old has a strong oak character, with hints of summer grass, tropical fruit and zesty citrus notes. Our Master Cooper back then was Tommy Wallace, who carefully selected the finest casks to mature the liquid in for a minimum of 18 years allowing time and nature to bring out the sweeter character of the wood.
An elegant, sophisticated Knockando, Master Reserve 21yo is made with casks lying in the coolest part of the warehouse. These casks take longer to mature and the resulting malt is extremely smooth.
Nose: Ginger, oak spice, ice cream and pralines.
Palate: Almond and clove, with a touch of Sherried raisin. Honey-covered apples.
Finish: More honey, with a little touch of spearmint.
Glen Scotia is one of only three distilleries based in Campbeltown on the Kintyre peninsula.
The whisky has been gently matured in the finest American oak barrels before being married in first fill bourbon before bottling. The signature nose has hints of vanilla oak, interwoven with the subtle notes of sea spray and spicy aromatic fruits.
Nose - Bracing Atlantic breeze gives strong maritime influence.
Palate - Red apple and tangy orange peel with vanilla syrup and caramel sweetness.
Finish - Long lingering sea salt with a spicy note of ground ginger.
Polished copper colour. Orange cake, juicy malt then fruit mince pie and gobstopper. Aeration adds oatmeal biscuit to the aroma list. Almost chewy in texture - a sublime harmony of honeyed malt and light Christmas pudding at mid palate; then buttered raisin bread, followed by hints of caramel fudge and grassy freshness late in the fade. Woody to end, though still good vibrancy. Distinguished by its subtle staying power.
