A new ice-cream style fruited sour made with our homies Range Brewing in sunny Brisbane. And what a doozy it is! Roadblocka is jam-packed with blueberry, blackcurrant, and strawberry. With no spider hanky panky going on, we’ve been able to load up on top of this massive fruiting rate a solid serving of surprisingly hard-to-find bubble gum ice cream. With the creative block gone, it's a stupid amount of fun, like we always have with this crew, tidily wrapped up in an aluminium suit.

Think again, Homies! We’ve reimagined one of our OG cream sours with our pals at GROSS Brewing from San Sebastián, Basque Country. After crossing paths abroad in the Florida-Weisse capital, Miami, we walked away inspired to lay down an experimental brew on each side of the hemisphere. A kettle-sour base loaded with banana, QLD mango, coconut, and vanilla, all in the perfect amounts, will have you slurping your way to Michelin heaven. Jo ta ke, irabazi arte!

Lookaway is a brand spanking new topped-up-to-the-brim kettle sour that's been given a full fresh-fruit fermentation treatment. We’ve started this sour’s journey with a lean foundation that really lets the fruit shine in a massive way. We’ve added Australian Pineapple, NZ Feijoa, Fijian Coconut Water, Chinese Gooseberries, and some Key Lime. Soured with our house lacto culture and finished off with a kiss of sea salt. A super tasty number that’ll have you looking the right way.

From our R&D and on-going cream style sour program comes 🎨Paint Job🎨- like a creamy tropical fruit cocktail, this is a new one for our books. With an oat-heavy base, and a touch of spelt for a super full body, we’ve gone and brewed the number with Bega lactose and double-soured it with our house lacto culture. With guava, strawberry, and pineapple and coconut ice-cream. It is liquid art for your mouth.

Dream Machine is a brand new lassi style gose straight out of our R&D project. Starting its life as an amplified kettle sour, we’ve dosed in some Aussie rock salt, and given it our massive Fresh-Fruit Smoothie Treatment. Big lashings of Raspberry, Strawberry, Pineapple, Milk Sugar and Icing Powder all meld to create the perfect fever dream as you sip your way to hype heaven. Yumbo!

Traditional blond is made of excellent summer malted barley from the Loire region (France) and pure water. During the brewing process sugars are liberated that will serve later to nourish the yeast. During the cooking process 3 varieties of hops from Germany, Slovenia and the Czech Republic are added to give the beer the specific aroma and bitterness

Rochefort Trappistes 6  has a reddish-brown colour with amber-gold highlights; soft body leads to earthy flavours and an herbal character. Refined, soft spiciness in the bouquet finishes with a bit caramel. Bottle-conditioned for soft natural carbonation.

Pale golden colour with a foamy white head. Light biscuity malt notes carry the hops. A mix of American Citra and NZ Cascade hops give the beer a bright and vibrant citrus burst. Crisp and drinkable. Lower in alcohol than most IPAs.

Piraat triple hop is a balanced, complex brew with defined hop character. Brouwerij Van Steenberge uses the famous Piraat ale as the base providing the brew with a full-bodied fruity flavor from the malt blended with dry characteristics derived from the high levels of alcohol. Then, four different hops are added into the brew three times during the brewing process (hence triple hop).

The hops pitched are saaz, tetra and aurora twice in the brew house and then cascade is used to dry hop. These four hop styles deliver a complex character, which stands up to the great name of Piraat.

This is a great example of Chardonnay without the influence of oak. It remains smooth and full bodied with balance from crisp, fresh, food friendly acidity adding great depth and appeal to the refreshing flavours of green apple note on the nose and palate.

* Chablis is the northernmost wine region in Burgundy, which produces only Chardonnay. The cooler climate gives these wines crispness, acidity and a flintyje ne sais quo. 

Drinks beautifully with great seafood dishes and roast tender chicken.
