The best parcels of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot Bordeaux varietals are selected from the Gimblett Gravels Vineyard and blended to make the richly layered and precisely constructed ‘Sophia’.

The perfect summer sparkling made from Hawke’s Bay Albariño. Bottle fermented using the méthode ancestrale, the oldest method of production.

Lovely gentle fizz with lashings of nectarine and peach in a refreshing style, very persistent bubbles & lovely mousse!

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed into production to make this dry, medium bodied bubbly from Marlborough, which was fermented with wild yeasts and aged for 18 months in bottle on lees; the decomposing yeast cells following fermentation in the bottle. It contains 8.8 grams of residual sugar per litre and alcohol of 12.5% ABV, giving it a medium body and lovely balanced flavours. It’s made by Allan Scott and his winemaking team.

This wine is the big brother to the gorgeously weighty, seriously good Domaine de la Solitude Chateauneuf-du-Pape white. 

This one is a blend of Grenache 50%, Syrah 25% and Mourvédre 15% and a quarter of the wine was barrel aged in a mixture of demi muids and foudres for 18 months. It's an outstanding full bodied red that drinks well now but will reward those with the patience to wait at least five years, preferably a lot longer than that to enjoy its savoury aspect come into its own.

Commercial description

Bordering the old Waiheke Air Strip this vineyard produces world-class Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot.

Planted when their children were barely walking, John and Paul Dunleavy’s vines have matured over two decades and, like their children, bring their own unique character to this wine.

Aged in barrels for 10 months, but made in a forward, fruit driven style to be enjoyed in youth, The Strip will continue to improve over time with careful cellaring.

It's no secret that great Chardonnay is made in beautiful rolling Moutere Hills in Nelson, which is home to the clay based vineyard where this wine comes from. Hand picked grapes were pressed into French oak cuves, where they went through spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts followed by malolactic fermentation and minimal filtration at bottling. This wine is fresh, dry, full bodied and creamy, balanced by nutty and citrus flavours.

The Garage Project are known for their outrageously flavoured and spectacularly branded beers. BEER marks a profound and deliberate departure from the plan with its straightforward generically branded can and straight up Czech Pilsner inside. Herbal,crisp and refreshing, BEER was made for summer.

If you've been mowing your super-long lawn, running super-fast, or out in the super-hot sun, you'll need to super-quench your super-thirst. This Pacific Pilsner has been dry-hopped with NZ and US hops to make it super-tasty, while its light body and crisp finish make it super-refreshing. At just 4% ABV, and 40% lower in carbs, you can feel slightly-smug too.

4.0 % ABV.

Zeffer - It's hard to beat a classic crisp apple cider.  This was the first cider we crafted and like all good originals, it's stayed true to form.  A bit like a Ford Cortina or timeless white shirt, our Crisp Apple is straight up and enduring.  It's dry, tangy, green apple goodness and carefully crafted by our cidermaking team each session.
