It's smooth, fresh, nutty, citrusy whisky that will satisfy pretty much everyone.The palate is sweet caramel and burnt sugar, thanks to the bourbon wood used. It finishes quite spicy, with fresh ginger and toasted almonds.

As a 4 year old, little wood is evident in itsflavour. Instead it shows its cereal roots and a foxyquality from its wild yeast strain. This gives Jim Beam White a uniqueflavour not apparent in other Beam products. The colour is a nice, balancedamber, more red than orange. The nose is slightly perfumy. Bumbu XO is truly a thing of beauty. A smooth, rich and complex handcrafted rum created from scratch by Bumbu's master distiller. Bumbu XO is aged up to 18 years in bourbon barrels and finished in Spanish white oak sherry casks to achieve a beautifully balanced, endlessly sippable rum. This special release is distilled and aged in Panama, where we created a truly unique – and unquestionably superior – rum. Aromas of toffee, toasted oak, and vanilla give way to orange zest, peppery spice and even a hint of coffee on the palate. A wonderfully engaging rum that encourages repeat visits, Bumbu XO is perfect for traditional rum cocktails – and perhaps even better on its own, neat or with a single ice cube.

Pale amber in colour with an aroma full of spice, apple and vanilla notes. It's a light bodied whisky. with a smooth, sweet, slightly spicy taste from its rye, rye malt, barley malt and corn building blocks and a clean, short finish. Good for mixed cocktails.

Del Maguey brings you a collection of Single Village Mezcal made in the lush, remote mountains, plains and valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico.  Each Mezcal is named for the village where it is made.

Vida is extremely mixable.  
Nose:  heightened fruit aromatics, hint of honey and vanilla.  
Palate:  Ginger, Cinnamon, Sandalwood, Banana and Tangerine and roasted Agave with a long, smooth finish.

Del Maguey mezcals are twice distilled and unblended from 100% mature agave Espadin and are produced the original, 500-year old Artisanal, hand-crafted way.  Production is limited to exclusive quantities per year to preserve quality.  There are no chemicals, colorings or additives ever used in any Del Maguey, Single Village Mezcal.

Saison Zest is the farmhouse ale made in the French speaking, Wallonian province of Belgium. Traditionally it was a refresher for tired and thirsty farm labourers. 

Saison Zest is a modern interpretation, a stronger full flavoured brew. Orange of hue with a big rocky head, aged for two months in the bottle. We've chosen a simple grain bill that showcases Gladfield's superb malts and added Orange Zest. Paired with floral and citrusy hops, our saison yeast imparts massive character and a dry finish. We believe Zest will refresh and sustain the farm worker or office shirker. Enjoy in moderation, it's stronger than it seems! Unfiltered and unpasteurised in the traditional manner, for full flavour. 

Serve at cellar temperature: 8- 12C in a goblet Organic Pilsner malt, candi sugar and orange zest, Crystal malts, hops, yeast water.

Un Deux Trois is styled after the Belgian oude geuze ale. This is a blend of one, two and three year aged lambic beers. Lambics are known for their acidity and cider-like flavours.

One of our core values here at Altitude is having a good time. Some days are naturally gonna be better than others and some don't go as planned, but as they say, you can turn lemons into lemonade. When it's time to pass up a beer, we respect that. But it never means you shouldn't be having a good time as good times are all the time with us. This extra pale ale is crafted with all the best qualities of a full-flavoured brew but without the booze.

Terroir Blend 2020

6.5 % alc/vol.12-48 months old at release. Connection beer with Cell Division, Dunedin and Wilderness, Christchurch. Bottle conditioned. Nano batch, 300 litres. Vegan. Label art: Lee-Ann Scotti. Seasonal.

Terroir Blend is based on the Megablend from Belgium. It is the expression of one year old spontaneously fermented 'Lambic style' beer from multiple breweries. We are excited that there are quite a few other brewers in NZ now brewing spontaneously fermented beers.
This is a blend of one-year-old 'spon' from Cell Division (Dunedin), Wilderness (Christchurch) and Craftwork.

Food pairing: sliced apples. Mussels, waterzooi, Thai green curry, strong goat’s cheese, fish, bread and butter.

Terroir Blend 2019 is a blend of 2 year old spontaneously fermented beer from Garage Project's Wild Workshop and 1 and 3 year old  spontaneously fermented beer from Craftwork. A bit different to previous blends we have done which are usually a blend of multiple one year old spons. It was bottled in 2020.

The Bugle is a lovely session ale, coming in at 3.5%. 

A modern NZ take on the pub ales of old. Built for balance and drinkability, the Bugle is golden in colour, with a soft malt sweetness and a restrained bitterness. It is lightly hopped with a classic blend of NZ Hops which bring subtle notes of citrus and tropical fruit.
