Unit price perOn the outskirts of Brussels there is a very old tradition of making beer by fermenting it spontaneously with microbes from the air. Rustica is our own take on these Spontaneous beers and was fermented entirely with the cocktail of microbes taken from the Waikanae wind. Much like a baker making sourdough bread we captured the wild and produced something complex and tasty. Try it like the Belgians do with some ripe pungent cheese and cured sausage.

Unit price perField Way combines 4 different fruity New Zealand grown hop varieties to create complex aromas and flavours of sweet lemon, lime, and mandarin marmalade with a hint of the herb garden. To balance all this zesty hop character we use one of our favourite base malts, the Pale Ale Malt from the Malteurope Maltings at Marton in the Rangitikei and a dash of toffee tinged caramalt malt from the Bairds Maltings in Scotland. The result is a hoppy fruity yet well balanced pale ale that makes a perfect foil to a chilli oil laced pizza at Long Beach.
5.8% ABV.
This is a rare NZ grown slow gin, available each Spring.
Each bottle is packed with Sloe berries with rich Plum & Almond flavors, and just a hint of sugar syrup is added to create a drink with the perfect balance of tartness, warmth & flavor to get your taste buds humming.
Bold, balanced and smooth, please welcome the Humdinger Dry Gin.
This old soul is a celebration of the juniper berry, and a twist on a classic Dry Gin. Subtle citrus is first on the palate, before transforming into a pleasant juniper middle, that then morphs into a long warm finish thanks to a dash of nutmeg and liquorice. Subsequently it leaves you thinking, "don't mind if I do".
Pot distilled to maximise the flavour, using the authentic London Dry method - with only water added post-distillation.
This gin is fantastic on ice, or if you fancy G&T's then it's recommended to pair with East Imperial Tonic Water, Royal Botanic Tonic, or Old World Tonic. The recommended garnishes are a kaffir lime leaf or a fresh orange slice. With this gin being so well balanced, it is a fantastic option for cocktail making too.

Unit price perFor over a decade Antipodes water has been consistently rated as one of the finest waters in the world and the purest in New Zealand. This is their softly beaded sparkling water, presented in a stylish, contemporary and elegant glass bottle.
This superb water comes from a 327m deep pressured aquifer, taking up to 300 years to naturally filter through a fine-grained volcanic rock. The precious source is located in the rural Bay of Plenty in New Zealand, which has a population density of less than one person per square kilometre.
Antipodes fine artesian water offers the highest degree of purity, pristine mineral flavours and neutrality, which makes it an ideal companion for fine food and wine. The bottle design is clean and simple, reflecting the purity of the water.
Antipodes became the world’s first and is still the only mineral water to be carboNZero certified. From the source, to any dining table in the world antipodes leaves behind absolutely no carbon footprint.
