Unit price perKānuka honey is the lesser-known sibling of mānuka, but in many ways, it’s just as special. Mānuka gets the fame, but kānuka grows wild and strong, its honey lighter but deeply complex. It’s a hidden treasure—and in our Kānuka Mead, we let it shine.
This mead is less sweet than the others, with a crispness that reminds us of a fine whisky but with a gentler, more inviting character. Kānuka thrives in New Zealand’s native forests, and by sourcing from beekeepers who take their hives deep into the bush, we help support the regeneration of these vital ecosystems.
Tasting Notes: Citrus zest, caramel, hints of summer fruit, and a dry, structured finish.
Serving Suggestions:
Best sipped neat or with a single ice cube to open up the flavors.
Pairs well with roasted meats, soft cheeses, and spiced dishes.
A refined choice for those who love whisky but want something lighter, fresher, and uniquely New Zealand.
500ml | 13% abv | Approx. 5 standard drinks.
Gluten-free. No cane sugar. Low sulphite. Single origin.

Unit price perOur mead maker grew up in Southland, where rhubarb thrived in his backyard ending up in dessert crumbles or over weet-bix. Inspired by those memories, we chose the tang of rhubarb to balance the sweetness of honey - their contrast creates perfect harmony, making this our most popular variety.
Tasting Notes: Bright rhubarb tang, soft floral honey, and a crisp, smooth finish. Mouth-feel of a rosé, as its colour suggests.
Serving Suggestions: Best serviced chilled.
Enjoy straight from the fridge, like a white wine—perfect alongside dinner, aiding digestion.
A standout in a Rhubarb Martini—shake with gin and a hint of citrus for a vibrant, refined cocktail.
Mix with bubbly for a Rhubarb Mimosa.
Refreshing as a Rhubarb Shandy, blended with soda or lemonade on a sunny afternoon.
500ml | 13% abv | Approx. 5 standard drinks.
Gluten-free. No cane sugar. Low sulphite.

The appellation
Our Puligny-Montrachet mostly comes from a 1.1 ha plot located in the AOC Puligny 1er cru “Les Chalumeaux” which was downgraded to village when it was replanted in 1975 by the INAO because the former owner had brought around 20cm of exogenous soil, which is prescribed by the AOC specifications. It is the only village vine located in the middle of the hillside, in the middle of the 1er Crus. Over the years, both erosion and our organic practices resulted in the roots plunging deeper towards the original terroir. This explains how come our Puligny-Montrachet shows unusual density and complexity for a village wine. The other two plots
are “Les Levrons” and “Boudrières – Nosroyes” for 0.38 ha.
The wine and the style
After a light settling, the musts are put into 228 and 600-literbarrels to complete the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. We work with 5 to 20% new barrels with wood coming mostly from Allier, light toasting. The wines are racked about a year
later before being transfered to stainless steel vats for the second phase of their aging in order to retain freshness and minerality.
Vine growing
Organic since 1995 and biodynamic since 2005. All our wines
are certified by Ecocert.

Unit price perOude Gueuze (ABV 6%) from traditional lambic producer Hanssens Artisanaal is a Gueuze Lambic that pours hazy orange-gold with an off white head.
Lambics of several vintages are blended, then receive a secondary fermentation in the bottle, which is cellared for a minimum of six months.
The strong, tart, funky aroma contains notes of earthy wood, cut hay, lemon, sour apple and vanilla. The taste is assertively, intensely tart, with flavors of rhubarb and citrus augmented by earthy, nutty notes. Crisp, refreshing and bracing, with relative dryness and high carbonation, this is a great example of the Belgian Gueuze.
