Deep amber in colour with rich notes of dark fruit, caramel, sharp honey, chocolate, marzipan and toasted oak on the nose. To taste it is a full bodied mix of vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit and spices. ABV: 43.2%

In the late 19th century, Dolin won medals in Paris, London, St. Louis and Philadelphia and in 1932 earned Chamb?ry France's only Appellation d' Origine for Vermouth. Dolin Vermouth de Chamb?ry is made of fine wines and botanicals found in the Alpine meadows above Chamb?ry. Together they impart a fresh and elegant nose, with a subtle and complex palate. Ideal as an aperitif or in cocktails. Tasting notes: Dolin Vermouths are notably lighter, drier and less pungent than their larger commercial counterparts. The particular mixture of plants found near Chamb?ry give a fresh, restrained and elegant nose, with a subtle, complex bittersweet palate. Since 1844, this beer has been brewed in our farm-brewery, during the winter time.
Then this beer became a second refermentation in the barrel.

During the next summer, this very thirst-quenching beer was served to the “saisoniers” which were working on the fields.

Surely, therefore, our Saison Dupont is considered as “the classic” among the Belgian season beers!

Coppery blond, the finest aromas and a strong bitterness transform this beer into a thirst-quencher with no equal, just the way it was created.
Our selection of yeasts is the perfect base for these typical aromas and ditto taste.
A real refermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, result into this complex and particular aromatic beer.

Kriek Boon is a 100% spontaeous fermented beer made from a mix of young and old lambic aged in oak barrels. Real cherries are added, at least 250 gram per liter beer. Whole cherries are mixed with the beer during fermentation for optimal taste. Kriek Boon is a fresh, sweet and sour foaming redish beer with an authentic taste of cherries. Boon uses champagne cork on the bottles.

After secondary fermentation in the bottle in the purest tradition of Floreffe’s abbey beers, it has a very deep, almost black colour with a brown head. The nose, combining aniseed, liquorice, roast aromas and white fruits, is exceptionally rich and refined. The power of the ingredients is obvious from the first sip, expressed in coffee and grilled cocoa bean flavours. 

The beer is robust, warm but not liquor-like, against the slightly acrid background of roasted malts. With its moderate alcohol level and its long, noticeably acidic finish, Floreffe Prima Melior is a connoisseur’s beer, complex but accessible. Stored under good conditions, the aniseed notes give way to woody, almost maderised notes, a must for lovers of matured beers.

Corsendonk Grand Hops, is a balanced Golden top-fermentation beer. Its hop-aroma derives from the Mistral d’Alsace (France) hop-variety.

Punk IPA is the beer that kick-started it. This light, golden classic has been subverted with new world hops to create an explosion of flavour. Bursts of caramel and tropical fruit with an all-out riot of grapefruit, pineapple and lychee, precede a spiky bitter finish. This is the beer that started it all - and it’s not done yet...

This beast turns ten this year. What started out as a mistake (a hazy beer) quickly turned in to our biggest crush. Fatamorgana dry hopped ten times!
