We’ve gone through great lengths to refine the process to yield a Rich and Creamy Flavor and mouth feel to show case the decadent flavors yet leave the harsh taste that dark grains can often leave behind. Incredible mouthfeel yet not cloyingly sweet to aid in its drinkability.

La Chouffe is a strong Belgian blonde ale. The nose features lots of spice, citrus notes and stonefruit. On the palate the beer is rich and spicy with a lasting tangy finish.

Oude Geuze Boon is one of the finest examples of the traditional 100% spontaneous fermentation Lambic style. To moderate the sourness, Boon Brewery only brews Lambic in the 7 cold months, from early October until April, according to the traditional "turbid mash" system. This Lambic beer is brewed from 40% unmalted wheat, 60% of barleymalt, aged hops and wild yeasts collected from our coolship and is aged for 1, 2 or 3 years in oak casks. The blend, a mild average 18 months old Lambic (unsweetened, unfiltered, unpasteurised) is refermented in the bottle and can be stored up to 20 years. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name. Awards at the World Beer Championships: 2008 Gold, 2010 Silver, 2012 Gold Medal.

Kasteel - The name ‘Barista’ conjures thoughts of the fragrance of steaming coffee below a layer of expertly created froth. This may sounds rather far-fetched for a beer... However, the aromas and the flavours of caramel, cacao and roast malt match seamlessly with the ‘black gold’ and chocolate. This beer builds bridges with the world of hot beverages, with warming alcohol in the finish. One to enjoy all the year round: with a meal, in front of an open fire or on an outdoor terrace.

Delirium Tremens' brother, Delirium Nocturnum, is a darker style of Belgian ale from the Huyghe Brewery, featuring more robust notes of well-roasted malt at its core. As ever, it comes in their unique bottles with the very cool labels...

Plenty of the fruit notes from the Delirium Tremens can be found here, namely banana and ripe pear, but now it's joined by a generous helping of chocolate malt goodness. Bitterness is more restrained than the Tremens, too. More focus is put on the caramel sweetness and vibrant fruit.

It’s big. It’s dark. It’s our boldest stout yet. Massive hits of vanilla, chocolate, whiskey, cake, and molasses all backed up by a Nitro serve.

Full bodied and wildly creamy with notes of cacao, coffee, chocolate, and dark fruit; a product of the copious amounts of chocolate and lactose used while resting on French Oak. Hopped with the elusive Slovenian Wolf Hops to accentuate notes of blackberry, violet and elderflower. Hibernating for months, this dark beast has been cellared and can-conditioned to be shared and savoured under a wintry full moon.

True to it’s name, “Leann folláin” being the Gaelic for “wholesome stout”, this full-bodied extra Irish stout is a fantastic example of how good stout can taste.
Flavours of dark chocolate tones with a hint of vanilla combine with the mild mocha aroma.
Opaque black in appearance with tan head, this luxurious stout has a classic European hop bitterness given a refreshing bite after the chocolate subsides

Kasteel Rubus Framboise is a full-bodied beer with a delicately pearling light pink head. While the ripe raspberries tickle all the senses, a slightly malty undertone appears in the nose. The flavour is a perfect balance of sweet ripe fruits and slightly bitter undertones

Dragon's Milk Triple Mash is the ultimate indulgence, the result of years of honing technique and pushing the limits of what a stout can be. Three separate mashes and a year-long stay in Kentucky bourbon barrels amplify the flavor notes of Dragon's Milk - chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla, and oak - in a way that still allows for balance and refinement to shine through.

Liberty Brewing Co. - Halo Pilsner is quite positively a monument of New Zealand Pilsner proudly brewed with glorious Gladfield malts and a free rein of Nelson hops.

You can expect a good lashing of zesty lime citrus peel accented with tropical passion fruit, all shining proudly above rye-cracker malt drizzled with subtle sweet caramel.

Produced in the tradition of 18th Century English brewers who supplied the court of Russia’s Catherine the Great, Old Rasputin seems to develop a cult following wherever it goes. It’s a rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish

Zundert Trappist 10 Quad has the scent has dried fruits, sultry herbs, liquorice and some chocolate. The taste is full and soft, balanced by a nice hop bitterness. The characteristic Zundert spiciness subtly returns in the aftertaste.

The Saison Dupont biologique is a very thirst-quenchening beer with a outspoken bitterness and dryness.
You will discover a touch of citrus (especially pomelo) which even is a strenghtening of this thirst-quenchening aspect.
The long refermentation in the bottle ends up in a very complex but light beer.
