One of Australia's greatest value red wines, not only for being affordably priced but because this wine is made with grapes that were hand pressed following fermentation. This gentle extraction method brings out smooth and silky textures in all of the wines made at d'Arenberg, accentuating fruity aromas and brightness of flavour.

Palliser Estate Pinot Noir is one of our favourites here at Regional, made with hand picked grapes grown on three vineyards in Martinborough - Hua Nui, home block and Pencarrow. Flavours of red fruit, smoky oak, a velvet texture and full body all make this incredibly elegant wine a keeper for up to five years. It also drinks beautifully now with its smooth texture and freshness. 

The grapes were given 5% whole bunch fermentation which adds structure, which is accentuated by French oak aging for 10 months.

Martinborough Pinot Noir grapes were lightly pressed into service in a quest to make this lively, light bodied rose, which benefits from the crisp acidity of the Pinot grape, which adds freshness to and length to its fruity flavours. 

Palliser Estate is the first winery on the way into the small town of Martinborough. It's one of the biggest wineries in one of this country's smallest wine regions, the Wairarapa and it makes a wide range of wines, including this incredibly popular rose, made 100% from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the Pencarrow and Pinnacles vineyards.

The grapes were lightly crushed for a pale colour then gently pressed and fermented to dryness at less than 5 grams of residual sugar per litre, which is the technical definition of a dry wine.

Terrazes Malbec is one of our favourite Argentinian reds and is made from grapes grown at over 1000 metres above sea level. The vineyard was planted by Moet & Chandon in the 1950s and was the champagne giant's first winemaking venture outside France. 

It is a spicy, dry, full bodied red that ages superbly for at least a decade and drinks well young with its dark fruity flavours, great structure and long finish. A keeper and one to enjoy right now.

A soft, smooth, spicy Pinot Noir with red fruit flavours, a medium body and lithe mouthfeel. This Pinot Noir is Margrain's entry level Pinot and is made with grapes grown south of Martinborough village on a terrace vineyard site on stony soils. It offers good value for money from one of the country's leading Pinot Noir regions. 

Great Central Otago Pinot Noir from the most experienced viticulturist-winemaker team, brothers James and Matt Dicey. This pair have produced this wine with a blend of grapes grown on the Inlet Vineyard (60%) and Black Rabbit Vineyard (40%).

The wine is fleshy and full bodied with bright fresh fruit flavour to the forefront of each succulent sip; indigenous yeast fermentation took place with 2% whole clusters, 98% destemmed and 23 days on skins followed by ageing of 12 months in barrel, 21% new oak. 

The wine contains 14.3% ABV and was bottled unfined but filtered. 

The new Dicey Wine brand is the brainchild of the well experienced Dicey brothers, Matt and James, whose parents were among the pioneers of viticulture and winemaking in Bannockburn, Central Otago, when they co-founded Mt Difficulty Wines. 

Ozu Chardonnay (D.O. Navarra) is 100% Chardonnay and spends three months on its lees prior to bottling. No oak is used and the wine is clean, bright and mineral with a floral and citrus nose.

Pairs well with seafood, grilled and baked fish, white meats, light pasta dishes and sheep's cheeses.

This is New Zealand's smallest and one of its coolest climate wine regions. It typically produces high quality, delicate and silky Pinot Noirs, and this rose is made 100% from Pinot grapes, which were lightly pressed to provide a minimala pale pink hue to this lively fresh, dry and full bodied wine.
