Tantric Haze Hazy IPA was brewed to be as tantalizing and as rich of an experience possible. We knew we needed overwhelming fruity aromas so decided to ensure this had a massive double whirlpool hopping followed by a triple dryhopping starting on the first day of fermentation and continuing throughout until our yeasts had given all they could. 

We wanted a soft and supple bitterness that was enough to balance but gentle and forgiving thus we massaged our water chemistry. We didn't want to overpower the aroma and flavour the hops had to give, thus did not add any hops for the bittering into the boil. 

Lastly we needed a yeast that had the power to biotransform the massive hop quantities into a bold rich juiciness. Any element by itself is not standalone worthy but altogether combine into this sensually hazy IPA that we believe will deliver you an experience of love and enjoyment!

7.0 % ABV.

Eddyline Brewery - Octolupulus takes its inspiration from its Cephalopoda's namesake, the Octopus. These animals not only have 8 tentacles but can camouflage themselves. And just like the Octopus, Octolupulus session hazy IPA camouflages the massive hop profile - with 8 NZ hop varieties utilised plus 100% NZ malts from Gladfields, this beer may appear to be big, but is super crushable.

South America is known for many things, including dark and spicy Argentinian Malbecs, such as this one by winemaker Ernesto Catena. He is the man responsible for this tasty  Malbec from Mendoza; the heart of the country's wine industry and a region equally renowned for its spectacular beauty at the foot of the Andes Mountains.

East Coast anthem IPA - A big ol' hop poppa of a beer, packing an intense mango, tropical fruit hit from US big guns, Simcoe and Mosaic. It's just bigger and juicier than its bitter West Coast counterpart, like sippin' hazy hop nectar from a can. It's all good.

Beginning with the very first sniff and all the way until the crisp concise finish, the tasty anise is the star. Aguardiente is typically taken as a shot but may also be utilized as a creative ingredient in many beverages; it would also pair fantastically with grilled meat, frybread, tropical fruits, or hard cheese.

Colombia's national alcoholic beverage is Aguardiente and Cristal is produced with water from its own springs, treated and micro-filtered, which is one of the differentiating factors of this aniseed alcoholic beverage that results in the blend of fine and natural essential oils of anise and fennel.

Argentinian Malbec is one of the best winter wines around with its dark smooth full body, richness of black plum flavours and spicy notes adding delicious complexity to every sip. This one is certified organic and offers a lively, lovely complex expression of the great Malbec grape.

An off dry Mead in its simplest form to showcase some of Auckland’s best wildflower honey, created with just Honey, Water and Yeast.

This Mead is a modern take on the classic traditional honey wine style mead.  It has a delicate floral Aroma with citrus hints on the palate and a very slight honey sweet finish. 

Serve chilled like a fine white wine.

Brewed 100% with the rich yet complex bizen-omachi rice, also known as "the phantom sake rice" for its scarceness and difficulty to grow. The result is an elegant ginjō, juicy and full of umami, balanced with moderate tartness and an extra long and crisp finish.
