Inspired by the wasabi root that grows in the Waitapu river of Golden Bay, this gin is unlike anything you’ve tried before. We use real wasabi root (not horseradish) to create a spirit with a clean, green heat and a peppery lift. Finished with Otago kelp it's fresh and slightly vegetal - standout in a martini or with tonic. Bold but balanced, it rewards the curious drinker.

Maraska Maraschino liqueur has been made from Marasca cherries since the beginning of the 16th century. The export of Maraschino Liqueur started towards the end of the 18th Century. This original cherry liqueur has conquered the world in the past 200 years. Among the fruits grown around the picturesque city of Zadar, a special kind of Sour Cherry is cultivated that has brought world fame to this area.

Maraska Maraschino liqueur is produced from the distillates of the Dalmatian marasca tart cherries and is known all over the world because of its typical sweet taste and the aromatic fragrance of sweet cherries. Many international famous chefs use Maraska Maraschino liqueur in order to add a special flavour to cakes, cremes, or frostings, as well as fruit salads.

Serve it in small liqueur glasses to accompany home-baked pastry and fresh-brewed coffee.

Aromas of passionfruit, kiwifruit, gala apple and kaffir lime leap from the glass, leading into a boldly expressive palate layered with ripe melon, lime zest, and crisp green apple acidity. Full-bodied and beautifully textured, the wine is underpinned by striking minerality and a long, refreshing finish, flavoursome, elegant, and highly enjoyable.

This Grillo by Cantine Fina reveals a bouquet of white peach, Mediterranean herbs and even kiwi notes. On the palate the wine is pleasantly fresh and juicy, with a mineral quality and orchard fruit flavours as well as aromas of white flowers.
