The 2024 release of 9 Inch Snails is a hazy India pale ale made with all NZ hops including Pacifica, Moutere, and Wai-iti hops for big juicy, fruity and resinous hop flavours.

he result of a unique blend of high fermentation beer, lambic and dark forest fruits - such as blueberries, blackcurrants and black elderberries. This blend makes Tarot Noir a ruby-red, characterful and exceptionally fruity speciality beer.

Different aromas complement each other in a clear way, with the freshness of the juniper in the foreground. This makes this Young & Pure Genever ideal for the preparation of gin-based cocktails.

As the name suggests, this Tribute Gin is an homage to the Filliers family. The original recipe dates back to 1928, when third generation Firmin Filliers ran the company and developed the recipe.

The rich history of this gin is reflected not only in the flavour of the original recipe but also in the form of the original bottle.

At the time, Firmin could obtain the iconic pharmacy bottle through his cousin, a pharmacist in Antwerp, in order to bottle his product. It was an emergency solution at the time because glass was very expensive. A visionary move that still charatarises the Filliers Dry Gin 28 to this day.

The recipe for the Filliers Dry Gin 28 was created in 1928 when Firmin Filliers ran the company. The master distillers refined this secret family recipe in 2012 without compromising the character and origins of this gin. The authentic production process, based on 28 different spice and fresh fruit distillates, still guarantees a premium gin of high quality today.

A cheerful, upbeat little hazy. Brewed with plump, juicy NZ grown barley and oats and a choice selection of our favourite hops to produce a smooth, easy drinking beer, loaded with lush tropical fruit juice flavour and aroma. Delicious - pure and simple.

This second edition in the collection has been aged for 14 years in a marriage of aromatic Madeira casks and classic Ardbeg bourbon.

The influence of these rare Madeira casks is undeniable. In a dram where peat meets sweet, syrupy sponge pudding and tropical baked fruits mingle with peat smoke, cedarwood, and camphor. A rare breed of Ardbeg indeed.

Aroma:
Rich, sweet, aromatic, and fruity, baked banana bread and syrupy sponge pudding fill the senses. Notes of treacle trot into a distinctive whiff of burning cedarwood.
A splash of water releases a bounty of tropical fruits. Eucalyptus oil mingles with soft aromatic smoke.

Taste:
Zesty notes of lime and sweet peaches canter across the palate. A burst of rich smoked fruit and baked bread prance into antiseptic lozenges, creosote, and aniseed. Soft barley malt combines with nutmeg and peat smoke.

Finish:
The influence of these rare Madeira casks is undeniable. A whimsically smoky finish welcomes a long and lingering aftertaste of menthol, clove, wood smoke and camphor.

Exceptionally tasty Albarino made in a bone dry style with fleshy unctuous texture from skin contact. Outstanding flavours and depth. Great white in taste, value and the all important X factor wow.

Blonden Os is a top-fermenting artisanal beer, historically brewed at the Bourgogne Des Flandres Brewery in Bruges. Its simplicity ans its natural elegance are evocative of these wonderful beers from another time.

Migaki Joryu Potato shochu made by a new production making process called MigakiJoryu, a new skill and technique of distilling with local potato. Hombo Shuzo got pattent of Migaki Joryu in 2009. Soft sweetness and robust taste with roundness.

Tasting Note: Made with Iwai rice, a variety of sake brewing rice suited grown only in Kyoto Prefecture, the pristine water of Fushimi, and of course Gekkeikan?s skill and dedication to perfection, this sake is as Kyoto as they come, making it worthy of being the sake of Japan?s ancient capital city. A delicate fruity aroma and clean palate characterize this light and refined Tokubetsu Junmai sake.

Supple, succulent and incredibly drinkable. This is a classic blend of southern French grape varieties, modelled on a Cotes du Rhone blend with Cinsault in the lead, contributing 54% towards this juicy red, supported by Shiraz and Grenache. 

Winemaker A A Badenhorst suggests that the Cinsault component will provide the structure for excellent ageing and enough suppleness for drinking young. Aromas here are perfumed, peppery, spicy and exhibit ripe red fruit flavours.
