This Gewurztraminer offers a next level experience both for lovers of the powerfully scented Gewurz' grape and for wine fans in general because the wines of Domaine Marcel Deiss have a justified cult following.

Domaine Marcel Deiss is located in Bergheim, a small village nestling in the heart of the wine region of Alsace, equal distance from the northern and southern boundaries of the region. The current winemaker is Jean-Michel Deiss, who was born into a long-established family of wine growers, living at Bergheim since 1744.

Today he manages the domaine, which consists of 26 hectares (52 acres) of hillside vineyards spread over nine communes and approximately 20 kilometres.

All Deiss wines are certified organic, made from grapes grown biodynamically and they break new ground in style and quality. Many are field blends, made in homage to historical growing methods where many different grape varieties grew together alongside each other, were picked together and fermented together. 

1919 Distilling - named for the year that New Zealanders stood up for their rights and voted down prohibition, the original gin (41% abv) is locally produced in their custom made still. Created using Otago cherries, manuka honey, organic lemons, and oranges, plus botanicals including juniper, orris root and cinnamon, this is a classic gin that celebrates old world charm, passion and charisma.

"Our Merlot Cabernet Franc comes from our Cornerstone vineyard growing in Hawke's Bays' famed Gimblett Gravels appellation. An area renowned for producing excellent hot climate reds. We think Cornerstone is the jewel in the appellation's crown but there again we are rather biased!

In our Iris blend, the Merlot sets up the palate with ripeness and structure while the Cabernet Franc brings its sweet dried basil notes to create our deliciously good medium-bodied red"

This collaboration with Regional Wines has resulted in a delightful summer gin. The aroma is of fresh summer fruits & floral rose notes.

The gin has a sweet mouth feel & and initial flavour bursting with sweet spice, peach & light cucumber, then giving way to a citrus and pine finish. 

A contemporary gin inspired by the fruit flavours of a New Zealand summer. 

A sweet-sharp apple that with a classic apple aroma, reminiscent of ripe and waxy apples. The resulting cider is characterised by its perfume and juicy acidity. Overall perception of the cider and its finish is dry.

This impressive wine is all about rich, ripe, dark fruit flavours held captive in a soft and smooth Shiraz with layers of complex spicy notes and a hint of that characteristic peppery taste we know and love in great Shiraz.

Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is a highly aromatic, rich and (yes) spicy gin with great power and intensity. First, we took our base botanicals and upped the amount of Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon. Then we added an exotic West African spice called Grains of Paradise. This is one of the most unusual spices in the world, with clove and sichuan characters. But although very powerful, the spice tends to glow rather than become hot.

Lazy Days Lychee Gin is an ode to those days where you ?should be? doing lots but are deciding stuff it, adult responsibilities can wait while you do whatever the hell you want.  It?s different for all of us what these days look like; for some it?s a day tramping up a mountainside, for others it?s endless episodes of trash reality tv. If you're a fan of a big red, try this one out for size and you'll soon be back for more. It's made by Australian winemaker Johnny Quarisa, who may have an Italian background but he rocks a definite Argentinian vibe in this deliciously dry, dark and juicy Malbec. It's made from grapes grown in South Australia, a region better known for Shiraz, which also fits the big dark juicy red style. 

This is an outstanding, velvety red which totally over delivers. Long, smooth and delicious.
