BZART KRIEKENLAMBIEK originates from the merger of two glorious traditions, i.e. the ‘Méthode Traditionnelle’ (traditional method) for sparkling wines and the spontaneous fermentation for Lambic beers. The result is a natural, sparkling cherry lambic of Belgian origin.

Its taste and aftertaste are quite “fraîcheur” (fresh). The nice almond flavours make you remember the real ‘kriekentaart’ (cherry pie) of the good old days. It is a delicious aperitif and perfect to pair with dark chocolate preparations, blue-veined cheese, duck, game and all preparations with almonds. Bzart Kriekenlambiek is mentioned on the menu of renowned restaurants.

Kombine 2025 is an unfiltered, full-bodied blond beer (6% ABV) with a subtle hoppy aroma. A first for St. Bernardus as we have never before brewed a bottom-fermented beer. Additionally, this beer does not undergo bottle fermentation, another first in our brewing tradition. And if that was not challenging enough, we also committed to brewing this according to the German Reinheitsgebot! We used
Weihenstephan’s yeast and a blend of hops from both our own and Weihenstephan.

This Platinum Blend is a blend of jonge lambikken and four-year old oude lambikken only, originating from six different brews and two different barrels. One quarter of the blend consists of lambikken brewed with our own sourced cereals from different fields in Brabant. The weighted average age of the blend is a good 21 months, and the oldest lambik was brewed at the beginning of 2017.

We added some local honey from our own beehives to the blend. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik.

A traditional abbey ale brewed in the classic "Dubbel" style of Belgium's Trappist Monks. It has a ruby to purple colour, smooth, creamy richness of texture that is almost oily, and a malt-fruit complexity reminiscent of coconut.

Introducing Rodenbach Evolved Saint Georges, a truly unique beer experience! This Sour Pale Ale boasts a 6.7% ABV and draws inspiration from the beloved “Gueuze Saint Georges” Rodenbach beer, cherished until the late 1970s. Our team at Rodenbach came together to revive the essence of this iconic brew in our exclusive Rodenbach Evolved series. Crafting it involved blending traditional ingredients from wheat beer, saison, and lambic, resulting in a refreshing and fruity sour pale ale. We fermented this beer using our own special Rodenbach yeast culture, which gives a distinctive flavor profile. Following fermentation, we allowed it to mature for 2 years in the carefully selected wooden barrel known as foeder “93.”

Yes, you love her. But oh boy can she be difficult. But then again did you want her to be the boring mass produced lager type, the vanilla of girl friends? Of course not. Celebrating the intricacies of relationship we created this Stout, which has a lot going on. It is matured on Coffee beans, Cocoa nibs, Bourbon Vanilla beans & Tahitian Vanilla beans. Wow, that sounded tasty. To top that, it is aged on American Oak chips. This is a big beer loaded with dark roasted malts. Your mouth will be filled with coffee and chocolate flavours, supported by the warmth of vanilla. All is balanced by a good load of hops, which will bring this beer to a bitterness of 85 EBU which we hope is much higher than in your relationship. Cheers to her!

Lively aroma of fresh-cut apple. Light, with hints of lemon and steel. Finishes with flavour of apple seeds and crushed peppercorns.

We put liquor in a large barrel and add American roasted and toasted oak flakes. After 3 weeks this mixture is ready to be added to the beer in the bright beer tank. This way we obtain a maximum performance of the used liquor strengthened with the taste of the used oak flakes to enrich our beer.

Broeder Jacob Brown Ale is a surprisingly dry, dark beer. It has a complex taste palette where malt and hops are the principal tones withoutever being dominating due to its long maturation and refermentation in the bottle. Broeder Jacob Brown Ale has a chocolate-malty feeling on the palate, a creamy, rich head and a strong aftertaste with a slightly bitter tone.

This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness. All these features make it an excellent and very drinkable beer.

St-Feuillien’Saison is what the Belgians call a beer of the terroir, a traditional farmhouse ale with all the rich savour of the fertile land of southern Belgium. Saison, a warm golden blonde ale, is a top-fermented classique. Thanks to secondary fermentation in the bottle, Saison has an unmistakable flavour full of rich nuances and a slight tang. Saison, the latest in a long line of top-quality St-Feuillien beers, is a “Hoppy”, unfiltered beer that is so emblematic of the rich Belgian tradition. Its English-style hop aroma is enhanced by the use of traditional dry hopping with Styrian Golding hop flowers.
