BZART KRIEKENLAMBIEK originates from the merger of two glorious traditions, i.e. the ‘Méthode Traditionnelle’ (traditional method) for sparkling wines and the spontaneous fermentation for Lambic beers. The result is a natural, sparkling cherry lambic of Belgian origin.

Its taste and aftertaste are quite “fraîcheur” (fresh). The nice almond flavours make you remember the real ‘kriekentaart’ (cherry pie) of the good old days. It is a delicious aperitif and perfect to pair with dark chocolate preparations, blue-veined cheese, duck, game and all preparations with almonds. Bzart Kriekenlambiek is mentioned on the menu of renowned restaurants.

This Platinum Blend is a blend of jonge lambikken and four-year old oude lambikken only, originating from six different brews and two different barrels. One quarter of the blend consists of lambikken brewed with our own sourced cereals from different fields in Brabant. The weighted average age of the blend is a good 21 months, and the oldest lambik was brewed at the beginning of 2017.

We added some local honey from our own beehives to the blend. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik.

A traditional abbey ale brewed in the classic "Dubbel" style of Belgium's Trappist Monks. It has a ruby to purple colour, smooth, creamy richness of texture that is almost oily, and a malt-fruit complexity reminiscent of coconut.

Flying Dutchman Flip Flopped White IPA is a mix between a Belgian wheat beer and an American IPA, resulting in a fresh, fruity and hoppy beer. The beer has a slightly cloudy yellow color and is enriched with aromas of citrus, tropical fruit and herbs. The taste is fruity and slightly sweet with a clear hop bitterness.

Fiery, rich and powerful Belgian beer with secondary fermentation

This special beer is deep red-brown and has an intensely sweet caramel character with accents of banana and dried figs. The fire is in the aftertaste, where the chili accentuates the malt notes in a brilliant way and warms your throat.

Lively aroma of fresh-cut apple. Light, with hints of lemon and steel. Finishes with flavour of apple seeds and crushed peppercorns.

We put liquor in a large barrel and add American roasted and toasted oak flakes. After 3 weeks this mixture is ready to be added to the beer in the bright beer tank. This way we obtain a maximum performance of the used liquor strengthened with the taste of the used oak flakes to enrich our beer.

Broeder Jacob Brown Ale is a surprisingly dry, dark beer. It has a complex taste palette where malt and hops are the principal tones withoutever being dominating due to its long maturation and refermentation in the bottle. Broeder Jacob Brown Ale has a chocolate-malty feeling on the palate, a creamy, rich head and a strong aftertaste with a slightly bitter tone.

The Achel Extra Brown is finely pearly and has a modest aroma with sweet notes of caramel malt and a hint of vanilla.

The mouthfeel is soft and round and the alcohol is well hidden. The aftertaste is much less sweet than the taste suggests and ends in a light and pleasant bitterness.
