The Saison Dupont biologique is a very thirst-quenchening beer with a outspoken bitterness and dryness.
You will discover a touch of citrus (especially pomelo) which even is a strenghtening of this thirst-quenchening aspect.
The long refermentation in the bottle ends up in a very complex but light beer.

3 Fonteinen Framboos is the result of macerating hand-picked whole raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. 

The raspberry lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the raspberry lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Framboos. With an abundant forest fruit nose as it warms in the glass, 

3 Fonteinen Framboos will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artifcial juices, syrups, or sugars added.

4.7% ABV

After secondary fermentation in the bottle in the purest tradition of Floreffe’s abbey beers, it has a very deep, almost black colour with a brown head. The nose, combining aniseed, liquorice, roast aromas and white fruits, is exceptionally rich and refined. The power of the ingredients is obvious from the first sip, expressed in coffee and grilled cocoa bean flavours. 

The beer is robust, warm but not liquor-like, against the slightly acrid background of roasted malts. With its moderate alcohol level and its long, noticeably acidic finish, Floreffe Prima Melior is a connoisseur’s beer, complex but accessible. Stored under good conditions, the aniseed notes give way to woody, almost maderised notes, a must for lovers of matured beers.

Gouden Carolus Ambrio is a full-tasting, but deceptively drinkable, amber ale has a good fruitiness and a nice hop edge which tempers the caramellised malt. It is clean and precise, within an almost perfect balance of Challenger and Goldings hops. The recipe has its origin in the 14th century. The present version is a little more heavy and contains more hops. The balance between the different malts, the fine hops and typical tastes of spices creates a perfect harmony between the powerful taste of brown beers and the freshness of the blond beers. This fresh aromatic and pithy light-brown drink can be served cool.

Piraat triple hop is a balanced, complex brew with defined hop character. Brouwerij Van Steenberge uses the famous Piraat ale as the base providing the brew with a full-bodied fruity flavor from the malt blended with dry characteristics derived from the high levels of alcohol. Then, four different hops are added into the brew three times during the brewing process (hence triple hop).

The hops pitched are saaz, tetra and aurora twice in the brew house and then cascade is used to dry hop. These four hop styles deliver a complex character, which stands up to the great name of Piraat.

Colour and appearance: a pale blonde colour and fine creamy-white head which clings to the glass.

Flavour: A pleasant sparkling carbonate content produces a soft, full taste perception. The aroma is very balanced with a fruity, flowery background and an initial Chardonnay impression which evolves into a spicy, mild aroma of hops. The taste is very full-bodied and is balanced with fruity tones of apple and Chardonnay grapes. Deliria has a fine, mild bitterness in its aftertaste and a splendid, round feel in the mouth which evolves well.

PALM Ale has long been one of Europes top-selling specialty beers. Made with English hops, French Barley, and Belgian yeast, PALM represents the best of European beer-making traditions. Its the roasted Champagne Malt which gives PALM its amber colour, but without being heavy.

This golden copper color ale is brewed, fermented, stored, filtered and bottled before receiving a final addition of brewer’s yeast to create a dry yet not bitter beer. Tempelier then continues to mature in the bottle, which naturally carbonates the beer.

In large oak barrels of more than a hundred years, lambic from all four corners of the PAJOTTENLAND ripens for years. Especially for you, lambic of 1, 2 and 3 years old was carefully tested, mixed and bottled. This Geuze only contains wheat, barley malt and hops. Not pasteurized and spontaneously refermented in the bottle.

6.5% ABV

St-Louis Premium Kriek is brewed on a lambic base complemented with a proportion of St-Louis Kriek Fondation and the juice of Oblacinska cherries that have been steeped in gueuze for six months. The result is a thirst-quencher with a low alcohol content. This sweet cherry beer tastes delicious on a sunny day and is a perfect beer for anyone who doesn’t like strong beer.

VAT 110 owes its slightly dry but very full-bodied flavor, with a hint of vanilla and dry fruit, thanks to foeder no. 110. 

This foeder used to serve as a cognac cask and has been used as a Lambic cask by our brewery since 2009. This Traditional Old Geuze is characterised by a wealth of flavours that developed from by the Brettanomyces yeast strains in the cask.

This beer has hops aromas on the nose with spices and fruit notes. Spice on the palate with well-balanced bitterness lingering in the finish

Kasteel Cuvee has a flavour similar to a ten-year old Kasteel Donker. Roasted and caramelised malts give the beer a soft, full taste with fruity notes reminiscent of port or madeira. The aftertaste is marked by a subtle hop bitterness.

De Koninck Bolleke is a Belgian ale from Antwerp City Brewery. This Spéciale Belge beer is locally recognised as ‘The taste of Antwerp’ and can be found throughout the city, in every bar, cafe and pub, being enjoyed by locals in riverside terraces. The beer was so-named Bolleke after the bowl-shaped glass in which it’s served.

Pouring clear amber with a cream-coloured head, De Koninck Bolleke has a malty, slightly hoppy character with hints of caramel and cinnamon. It’s traditionally brewed using water, yeast, 100% pure malt and hops, with no added maize or brewing sugar. Buy De Koninck Bolleke for a pleasing speciality brew with rich warm flavours and an ABV of 5.2%.
