Maredsous Brune 8 is a brown Abbey Beer, originally brewed for Christmas, but over the years it has become an institution! With its dark burgundy colour, this frothy beer has distinctive aromas, blending caramel with fruity notes! The citrus aftertaste takes away the "heaviness" of a traditional brown ale.

From the cherry tree’s transient flowers, its fruits ripen – round, red and packed with sunshine. Timmermans Kriek blends its famed lambic with this sweetness for a beer that can quench any thirst. Its natural freshness will make you blush for joy.

Its flavour is all cherry, as is already apparent from its very powerful nose. Its acidity is neutralised by its agreeably sweet and fruity bouquet. Its taste pervades the mouth and lingers gently, elegantly tinted with summer cherries.

Oude Gueuze is an appellation controlee : its label is protected. It is also known as the champagne of beers, especially as it is only available as a limited edition. Timmermans Oude Gueuze’s special flavour derives from its time-honoured method of preparation. It is a blend of old lambic, which has been aged for three years in wooden barrels, and young lambic which ensures spontaneous fermentation in the bottle. The different lambics are carefully selected by the brewer to obtain a perfect flavour. After it has been produced, Timmermans Oude Gueuze, which is refermented for four months in the bottle, continues to improve for 20 years.

Since 1822, Lindemans has been making traditional lambic brewing into an art form.  One of their finest products, the Old Kriek Cuvée René, is the result of a 3-year refermentation process.  The wild yeasts in the air of Pajottenland, water, malted barley, wheat, and aged hop flowers all contribute to the intriguing and complex palate of this noble beer.  A traditional kriek, brewed with whole krieken cherries that account for its powerful and fresh taste.

7.0% ABV.

Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Dark was enriched by an infusion of Gouden Carolus Single Malt whisky. The result is a unique beer: powerful and full-bodied, with subtle touches of vanilla, oak and chocolate. An imperial brew to cherish and enjoy in moderation.

11.7% ABV.

Brugse Zot Dubbel is a dark brown beer, inclinging towards ruby red. It is brewed with six special varieties of malt, which give the beer a rich and distrinctive aroma. One can discover the scent of honey, almonds, chocolate and even brown sugar.

Avec Les Bons Voeux is a strong farmhouse ale from the famous Brasserie Dupont. This is an intensely aromatic beer with hints of lemon, pepper, banana and clove. Imagine something between a tripel and a traditional saison.

Ever tasted young and old Lambic at play in a bottle?  This exquisite wheat beer is known to be the subject of heated discussions.  Is it blessed with a sourish sweetness? Or does it have that subtly sweet sourness?  Whatever the case: everyone agrees on its wonderfully perky finish.

4.5% ABV.

A Belgian interpretation of a Scottish Wee Heavy. Big chewy dark malt aromas blend with warm fruit. On the palate, there is a rich malt profile, some orchard fruit, and a fruity smooth finish.

Rich ruby-brown with a firm, silky head and strong natural carbonation. Leads on complex clove, spice, anise, raisin, molasses and banana aromas. A deep spicy clove flavor mellows into softer, caramel fruity taste.

A silky, spicy mouth-feel. Finely balanced alcohol with plenty of hoppy dryness gives great structure and keeps it brighter than many other doubles. On swirling, the yeast-bite gives out stronger banana notes, yeasty spice and aroma hops.

6.8% ABV

Kapittel Tripel Abt 10° is an amber-coloured high-fermentation tripel beer, which undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle. This tripel has a full and complex range of flavours. It has been described as full-bodied, slightly hoppy but not bitter, tending towards a slightly sweet flavour. The unpleasant taste of alcohol has been replaced by a warm mouthfeel.

10% ABV

Traditional top-fermentation beer that referments in the bottle. Brewed by the unique family brewery De Halve Maan, which has been located in the historical heart of Bruges since 1856. 

Straffe Hendrik is an authentic Belgian Triple beer, still brewed according to the original recipe.

Mort Subite Oude Gueuze is a traditionally produced oude gueuze. The lambics reserved for the Mort Subite Oude Gueuze "are chosen at an early stage in fermentation" because they show promise for long term development.
