This frambozenbier, or raspberry beer, is brewed using Bacchus Oud Bruin which sets it apart from most raspberry beers that are based on lambic or geuze. The standout characteristic of this beer is its beautiful balance between sour and sweet with aromas of very sweet raspberries, malt and earthy yeast. Bacchus Frambozenbier is mild and slightly sour with hints of balsamic vinegar. It sparkles on the tongue and has plenty of body. The roast malt contributes a slight touch of caramel. The finish is dominated by sweet raspberries and a mild sourness.

Maredsous Brune 8 is a brown Abbey Beer, originally brewed for Christmas, but over the years it has become an institution! With its dark burgundy colour, this frothy beer has distinctive aromas, blending caramel with fruity notes! The citrus aftertaste takes away the "heaviness" of a traditional brown ale.

The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste of results from the use of three different kinds of yeast. This is one of the oldest beers of Westmalle Abbey, with a tradition that dates back to the start of our brewery. It was created to drink with meals in the abbey, something the monks still do today. As a top fermented golden yellow Trappist beer, the Extra is unique in combining a low alcohol content (4.8%) with a rich flavour. Since 1822, Lindemans has been making traditional lambic brewing into an art form.  One of their finest products, the Old Kriek Cuvée René, is the result of a 3-year refermentation process.  The wild yeasts in the air of Pajottenland, water, malted barley, wheat, and aged hop flowers all contribute to the intriguing and complex palate of this noble beer.  A traditional kriek, brewed with whole krieken cherries that account for its powerful and fresh taste.

7.0% ABV.

From the cherry tree’s transient flowers, its fruits ripen – round, red and packed with sunshine. Timmermans Kriek blends its famed lambic with this sweetness for a beer that can quench any thirst. Its natural freshness will make you blush for joy.

Its flavour is all cherry, as is already apparent from its very powerful nose. Its acidity is neutralised by its agreeably sweet and fruity bouquet. Its taste pervades the mouth and lingers gently, elegantly tinted with summer cherries.

Timmermans Black Pepper Kriek Lambic 250ml BB 07/08/26

Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Dark was enriched by an infusion of Gouden Carolus Single Malt whisky. The result is a unique beer: powerful and full-bodied, with subtle touches of vanilla, oak and chocolate. An imperial brew to cherish and enjoy in moderation.

Brugse Zot Dubbel is a dark brown beer, inclinging towards ruby red. It is brewed with six special varieties of malt, which give the beer a rich and distrinctive aroma. One can discover the scent of honey, almonds, chocolate and even brown sugar.

For this sweet flavoured and dark brown beer,we use aromatic malt (for the dark colour). For abbey beer, Kapittel Pater has rather low abv (6%). The hop we use is Poperingse hop which has only a light bitter taste.

The king of the abbey beers. Brewed since 1074 by the Formula Antiqua Renovate. 

The beer is a classic Belgian Tripel style.  Typical Belgian yeast aromas and a glowing dark golden body identify this as Belgium’s quintessential beer.

It is amber-gold and pours with a deep head and original aroma, delivering a complex, full bodied flavour with inviting sweetness of tropical fruits, giving way to a peppery spice and strong and dry, bitter finish.  And the beer hides it's alcohol all too well!

Avec Les Bons Voeux is a strong farmhouse ale from the famous Brasserie Dupont. This is an intensely aromatic beer with hints of lemon, pepper, banana and clove. Imagine something between a tripel and a traditional saison.

Straffe Hendrik Tripel is the last authentic Tripel Ale of Bruges. Straffe Hendrik Tripel is a golden in colour with a sturdy white collar. The aroma is spicy with hints of black pepper, coriander and ginger, and is even insinuating the presence of oranges. The beer is brewed with a selection of Saaz and Styrian hops of a very high quality. The subtle blend of six special varieties of malt gives the beer a well-balanced and powerful taste

Mort Subite Oude Gueuze is a traditionally produced oude gueuze. The lambics reserved for the Mort Subite Oude Gueuze "are chosen at an early stage in fermentation" because they show promise for long term development.

7% ABV.

The Saison Dupont biologique is a very thirst-quenchening beer with a outspoken bitterness and dryness.
You will discover a touch of citrus (especially pomelo) which even is a strenghtening of this thirst-quenchening aspect.
The long refermentation in the bottle ends up in a very complex but light beer.
