Delirium Tremens' brother, Delirium Nocturnum, is a darker style of Belgian ale from the Huyghe Brewery, featuring more robust notes of well-roasted malt at its core. As ever, it comes in their unique bottles with the very cool labels...

Plenty of the fruit notes from the Delirium Tremens can be found here, namely banana and ripe pear, but now it's joined by a generous helping of chocolate malt goodness. Bitterness is more restrained than the Tremens, too. More focus is put on the caramel sweetness and vibrant fruit.

Liefmans Goudenband is one of the most distinctive dark beers in the world. Originally called IJzerenband (Iron Band) – a reference to the iron bands around the beer barrels – the bottle gained its champagne cork when it was renamed Liefmans Goudenband (Gold Band). Made in open vats with beer of mixed fermentation, it is left to mature for four to 12 months in the cellar. Mature beer is then fortified with younger beer, so the fermentation process starts up again.

On the taste buds you will find hints of apple and cherries, combined with woody notes, while the aftertaste hints at nuts and dried raisins. The mildly acidic taste make this beer a perfect match for blue cheese.

Unfiltered Belgian White, flavoured with coriander and orange peel, creating a sweet & sour taste.

The gnomes of Fairyland may be little, but they have big, very big, personalities. HOUBLON CHOUFFE matches their impish spirits. All gnomes, with their innate good taste, are in full agreement about HOUBLON CHOUFFE, which is flavoured by three different types of hops. Lindemans Appel blends the juice of several varieties of apples with their delicious lambic ale. The tasting experience, which is quite exceptional, combines the sweetness of cider with the sourness of lambic.

Leffe Rituel 9 is produced with additional hops that give it a long and intense aftertaste: for this reason, tasting it is a real ritual.

La Trappe Isidor is an amber-coloured Trappist ale with a broken white head. A lovely combination of herbal, floral and fruity aromas. La Trappe Isid’or was first brewed in 2009 on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of The Koningshoeven Brewery. The harmonious taste starts off fruity and shifts to malty caramel. A perfectly balanced ale. The ale is named after Brother Isidorus, the abbey's first brewer. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter.
